I ordered vietnamese beef noodle. The ingredients is not complete ( no been sprout) staff should inform customer if they dont have enough ingredients that stated on the menu. Dont cheat the customer!!! Staff named Hafika very rude, came to me and accused me of eating the noodle which i dont. Instead of saying sorry. She make face to me. Dont even offer for my food replacement. Management just simple hired this kind of staff? Im a Secret Recipe lover eversince 5 yrs ago. But i wont come again to Setia Alam secret recipe. Bad service 👎 attitude staff , management should provide training on how to handle...

POOR SERVICE - Cannot use any e-wallet apps due to the unstable internet connection there (told by the cashier lady). I feel disappointed because i am a cashless user and during this pandemic, we are supposed to avoid from using physical cash.

NO RECEIPT PROVIDED - I have to asked for the receipt and the cashier lady replied it took time to print out the receipt (something with the internet too yada yada) so she made the decision by not even notify me in the first place. Unacceptable! I feel annoyed and just left. What a shame SC Setia Alam.
