Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Shah Alam

I order my food at 8:44pm on food panda app amd receiving it st 11:20pm only… for the first ever time i feel fed up with their service… i called them at 9:50pm the guy who answered is saying that he have less staffs and there is so much of customer order.. and he said my food is already prepared and the rider will take a move short while… ok i waited, then i called them again at 10:28pm the same guy said the rider already taken the food 15 mins ago maybe shortly he will be there…. But the food came to my house at 11:45pm only, which is 1 hour plus later only… and that food panda guy didnt even give me a call or even a single msg, there is ntg in my phone… the most tension part he put my food on top my shoes 😡 do u think i can give this food to my 3...

If you ever been here, you'll know they deserve the 1 star, of course except the black shirt girl in front the counter, for the others staff... I don't whether it is racist to Chinese or Indian here, but when I walk in to the restaurant and sit down, also an Indian family at the same time. The servant show us a very bad attitude, when she wipes the table, I said thank you, and she just walked away without saying anything and didn't mention that they were using QR order, leave us sitting there and wait for nothing. Please be improve you service since pizza hut is a famous brand here in Malaysia, please threat every race with respect, at least a little smile on...

I went to Pizza Hut yesterday (17/08/25) with my family and had a really disappointing experience. The customer service was poor – when I needed help with their website (to order), there was nobody around to assist me. I actually had to walk into the kitchen area just to find a waiter/waitress. The restaurant also had an unpleasant smell, and the air-conditioning wasn’t cold, which made the place feel hot and uncomfortable. To make things worse, they messed up my pizza order.
