Use to be a stall in one Chinese coffee shop doing brisk business with their crispy fried chicken whole leg pair with rice or chee Cheong fun and with their sambal. Business start early morning but stop at 11am and resume after 2pm. This was due to the mix rice stall also selling same crispy friend chicken whole leg from 11am to 2pm. Not sure operate by the coffee shop owner. With these arrangement not allowed to open during lunch hours they moved to their own shop at Glenmarie. Initially they continue to operate with diners queing up for their food but lately they change their system to sit down and order using menu book. This change move the food counter to behind the shop ala kitchen hidden from the dining area. Same quality food but pricy. With a normal chicken rice without egg and barley drink cost 20.50. Parking can be an issue as the whole area is congested during lunch hours as there are many factories around and only one concentrate area for food. Can try, it guarantee...

I liked their chap fan style where u can order rice or CCF, then add what meat you want and the auntie charges accordingly. Then they moved to Glenmarie and auntie remains there serving her dishes. Now it seems that they have updated their restaurant to be like cafe style. Fixed menu like all the other LFC branches. No longer like "chap fan" style. Cannot order abit of this or that, only comes in their standard portion size. There were no other ladies there when i went on weds lunch time...suspect that it is because the portion is unfriendly for ladies? 😮💨 not preferred to come for meal here anymore. Orders are made from a printed menu and delivered from the kitchen instead of wiring up and choosing straight from ready to served spread. Longer waiting is expected. For a quick and casual lunch, the Lim fried chicken is a favourite amongst university students and working adults. It's self-service cafeteria style.
