The cashier (13 april 20) need to be improve her customer service & behaviour! Take my order impatiently even show annoying face like i asking money from them ๐Ÿ™„ i don't mind if you guys not realize i standing infront of counter & even need to call u guys to take order(they seat behind, even not realize them at first) but her rudeness and even no smile, sorry can't accept that! Even previous staff can handle crowds better with skills, but just now only got me and other one customer, you guys treat like this... I willing to go giant...

Slow . Staff keeps gossiping and talking but didnt do customer order fast. Keeps talking makin customer wait for their drink too long. I order sparkling passion fruit but the drink dont have passion fruit taste at all only sparkling water with the topping??!!!!!! This is due to they keep talking and gossiping , so slow!!!!!! Please tealive hire more people that actually can...
