Cashier was so rude. Never have i ever got offended when someone said "pardon" to me but this cashier successfully did it. I paid by mae and the showed her the payment was successful. Instead of verifying it on their phone, she kept on saying "mana ada? Tak dapat pun? Tak dapat lagi" but she didn't even bother to check the notification π
My fiance ordered the three layer tea but they gave a straw that was so short he couldn't stir his tea π
It's a self-service restaurant and im fine with it. They called my food wrongly and kept on shouting and jeling at my direction. I said out loud it's not my food la and turned out that person didn't even remember the name of the food π addition to that, they didn't even bother to show where the utensils located at πππππ€π»π€π»π€π»
The best part is, there was this pakcik asked nicely which food is better and the girl at the cashier super rudely said this "semua sedap" without helping the pakcik to choose his food. πππ€π»π€π»π€π»π€π»
No one said thankyou when we went out because they were busy chit chatting. Bare in mind, bukan ada customers pun when we came. So.... Apa yang penat sangat nak layan baik baik. The girl with the loud voice yang rude, the other...

The slightly tart plum sauce that accompanied the dish was also a bit too thick and didn't complement the duck as well as we had hoped.
Despite these shortcomings, the service we received from the waiters was friendly. However, they didn't seem to be knowledgeable about the dishes they were serving, which was a bit of a letdown.
While we appreciate the restaurant's effort to provide halal Chinese roast duck dishes, our overall experience was less than...

However, the offerings are quite solid and I love that they serve chik kut teh/duck kut teh. For a herbal soup lover, the taste is not that strong but easier, maybe, for a beginner's palate. Though I do think the amount of soup could be more generous. Barely had enough for two people.
The CKT was quite tasty.
The hot Eight Treasures Tea isn't worth it as it's mostly just sugary. Really wish the tea could be brewed together with its ingredients instead of being served separately.
Giving it four stars because I truly support their endeavour and think this place has potential...
