Dear Hotel Taj Management
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the condition of the hotel during my recent stay.
The room was in poor condition — the bed had a worn-out cover and a thin blanket, and the mattress was badly damaged. At check-in, I was informed that the TV was not working, which was already frustrating.
To make things worse, there was major renovation work happening in the room next door. The loud noise from power tools and constant wall drilling made it impossible to rest. I couldn’t sleep at all due to the unbearable noise.
As a result, I had no choice but to leave the room within just two hours of checking in. I regret booking this place and hope you take immediate steps to improve both the room conditions and the communication around ongoing...

Sampai sampai terus masuk bilik. Esok terus check out. Oh ya, saya ada guna iron. Tapi iron macam tak hilang kedut sangat. Ke saya je rasa macam tu? But okay lah ada iron board sebab sesetengah hotel dia bagi iron je and kena iron kat bilik sendiri. Overall okay je. Tapi sorry, saya bagi 3 bintang je.
