You get what you paid for. That’s the best way to describe my experience dining in at this economical restaurants for several times. Honestly, I’ve been avoiding this restaurants for almost a year because of their low quality of food (don’t expect a fresh seafood or poultry) and service, but living nearby, I don’t have much choices to go, plus it’s post-MCO (RMCO), most of the retails are trying their best to retain their customer in order to keep their business afloat, so I decided to give another try today and see if there’s a difference. And to my surprise (NOT), they’re still the same.
The food was average. Sometimes they are nice, sometimes they are burnt, or overly cooked. The inconsistency is quite a gamble I’d say. Simply put, it suits the price. (P/s: the price on their menu are excluding taxes, so expect a higher total price when paying). But can’t say the same for those ‘supreme’ sets, those were for me are slightly overpriced, as the quality and taste can’t really justify the price, except for the portion, maybe. But having ordered their ‘supreme’ set for a few times, I’d say sometimes even that portion thing is depend on your luck too.
Overall ambience are adequately nice for it’s level. The location is perfect as there are abundant of free public parking within the compound of the restaurants. You know your car is safe as you can monitor your parked car while you enjoying your meal, so that’s good. Not sure about their toilets tho as I haven’t use it within my 1 hour dine-in.
If there’s a room for improvement, their service is not really at par. If the admin/management read this, please train your staff to be more attentive, and also understand the basic concept of having appetizer in the menu. Most of the times, after taking order, the staff won’t even bother to attend to the customer even they made eye contact with you after several minutes of waiving. I understand that usually the staffs have their own role and responsibilities, but the best they can do is to call for the right staff who are tasked to serve the customers. Not by simply ignoring while pretend they don’t even see you. You seriously need to do something about your staffs, look at how many reviews commenting this exact same thing about your staffs attitude.
Also, if the customer ordered appetizer, that food is meant to be served early while waiting for the main dish, not to be brought out together with the meal after almost half an hour because it’s easier for you. They are already cold and beat the purpose. Oh and one more thing, please, please do not put the order chit in the gravy....

Absolutely, u will say. We r busy because of lots of order, lots of customer dine in. We in rushed. So sorry, what ever course u developed to ur future, make sure the customer service is the first thing of everythings. I have bad experience here bcause of ur staff attitude or can i say the Manager?? Just please, Takecare of ur customer. Myb Im just fine with it. But wht will others think? Remember, Customer will give a good feedback and promote to others too. and Yes! Icame here bcause someone suggested! Dah hantar order salah, but no apologise at all n just like buat muka ??? Bukan satu ya salah. lebih dari 2. Ada yg takde cutleries, takde sauce. Ikutkan hati i will just get out from there tau. But i still have manners n calming down. Thre is no politeness n no respect. We came with happiness to enjoy our meals tau. So excited to take a picture and also promote in social media. But then, it's really spoillllledddddd our mood. Salah dorang, but lookss like salah kitorang yekk. N kenapa eh. Manager ke yang baju lain dari staff lain tu? U jd manager or what so over la, ada pergi training tak dalam f&b ni? Eh aku memang tak boleh blah la muka that one staff. Orang macamtu memang buat customer lari. No manners. Boleh pulak buat muka bangang. Then i realiseddd, ohhh. Thats y la all staff macamtu. Dah leader nya macamtu. Eventhough. Makanan tu sedap pun. Jangan anggap customer ni mengemis. Last, but not least! Makanan all goods, blackpepper sauce tasteless, tawar but still nice bila makan dengan coleslow. Coleslow sedap sangat. Plating nice, good job, but tolong lap dgn tissue or kain yg comot2 kat tepi pinggan tu before served it looks like kotor. Honestly, Harga sangat2 berpatutan with big portion yang boleh makan utk dua orang. So like what i said, Eventhough makanan sedap, murah n big portion sekalipun, but if there is no Customer Service. Then everything just not worth it. Later? So Sorry. Will never came or order again in future. Lastly, ada sorang dua staff yang sangat bagus. For owner, if u really want to expand ur business widely, train ur staff well 🌹 Oh! one more thing! Im really2 love ur order system! It's really impressive. Keep it up....

Today I ordered your food online, A spaghetti carbonara, mushroom soup and garlic bread. My worst lunch ever!!!! You have set me to a really bad bad day! Your spaghetti carbonara had beef, however it doesn't have a beef description in the online order and I'm a hindu! Fine I thought to myself, let's not be fussy, I kept the meat aside and tried the sauce and spaghetti, It was so dry, tasteless and super chewy and gummy. There isn't any taste to it. IT WAS SO BAD I WANT TO GIVE A 0, giving it a 1 for the effort of cooking it!!! Polpero come on, you have 3 restaurants running, i got your packaging in a plastic styrofoam! Do better! Presentation was bad, a small lettuce and mushroom was undercooked!!!
Next was the mushroom soup, just when I thought okay fine, since the spaghetti sucked, maybe the mushroom soup wouldn't be so bad, the amount of the mushroom soup was 1/4 of the size of a pizza hut's mushroom soup! The was so thick, starchy and salty as hell I could develop hypertension from it! The garlic bread was cold! And you could only provide me with 2 BREADS, and charge RM9.80, COME ON!!!!!!
