Regrettably, our dining experience, from placing the order to the moment the food was served, was unpleasant.

It appears that we were served what seemed to be their remaining pork trotter vinegar, as the dish contained numerous small bones and only a small amount of soup. We expressed our concerns to the staff twice as last time we order it appears was not like that.

Unexpectedly, we received a response from "the new owner", who was sitting far away, stating that it was meant to be that way without coming over to have a look.

Upon discovering through other reviewers' feedback, we just learned that the shop owner was change and the "new owner" displayed a considerable lack of politeness.

Despite having been loyal customers for the past few years, sadly this visit will mark our final one. Was beat by service quality as vary among franchise locations. Will head over to Taman Eng Ann one again though far abit from...

Recent visit was kind of a disappointment. As customers, the most vital point is having a good customer service experience with at least some degree of satisfaction, but unfortunately, the constant showing of “unhappy faces” and “impolite treatment” from the shop owner have really made a negative impact to me and my family this time. Piece of an advice, never ever rushed to close your shop down by abruptly closing off the aircon while customers are still eating. Arrogance won’t get repetitive customers. The food is so so only. We have no choice because others shop closed. The staff ignores us for around 15 min when we walk in and sit down on the table, we have to ask the waitress few times for order. They didn't provide garlic and chili unless we request from the waitress. The garlic and chili they take from the fridge is "air dried" and very little only (take half people portion to serve 3 pax). In conclusion, the experience is horrible and will not come back again. No photo taken cause we just want to finish quickly...
