BAD SERVICE AND WORKER WITH RUBBISH ATTITUDE. i wish i could just give zero star instead. first off bad service and can’t even order at the counter. so i had problem signing in and ordering since we can’t order physically. when i managed to signed in but as everyone said here, the lousy system couldn’t let me top up money so i asked the girl(shown in the pic)if i can pay with cash. her attitude was so BAD and unbearable i wondered how she can work in there with that rubbish attitude, i immediately went out and decided not to go there ever again.

CHAGEE is one of the bed environment tea place in town. You can smell the fragrance of tea the moment you step into the cafe. The setup and decoration is very Oriental and bright. The Tie Guan Yin milk tea come with flower aroma and I definitely like the smell and taste. The Glutinous Green tea from yunnan definitely has a mild glutinous rice fragrance. It is something special to me as I never had glutinous rice mix with tea before. Overall this is a good place for some fusion tea.

I visited the Chagee Setia Alam branch this evening to pick up my drink, and I was unfortunately disappointed by the rude and unprofessional attitude of the Malaysian female staff member who served me. Her behavior was uncalled for, and it left a negative impression on my overall experience. I kindly request that the management look into this matter and take the necessary steps to address it. It is important for the staff to undergo further training to ensure better customer service...
