I came through the drive-thru here and ordered just one piece of chicken. Just one piece. I specifically asked for a breast piece. As usual, the cashier gave me the standard response, "I'll give it if we have it." I emphasized again that I at least didn’t want a drumstick. At least. But the cashier was nonchalant and just kept repeating the same thing: "If we have it, I’ll give it." Duh.
When I got to the pick-up window, a guy handed me a drumstick with a smile. A FREAKING SMILE. And then, he immediately closed the window as if he was afraid I’d ask to change it. How convenient, right? Quickly rushing to close the window.
Luckily, a manager happened to walk by, and I called him from outside. Thankfully, he noticed, and I asked him to change the chicken. Guess what? I got a huge, steaming-hot piece right away. See? I ordered cheese burger happy meal set, and 1 sundae cone, just that. The staff said the drink is ice chocolate when i dont even mention anything about the drinks. I know usually that we have to add on for ice chocolate. So i asked her 3 times, like 3 times "is the ice chocolate in the set or we have to add on" , she literally said it was in the set. So i said okay. The cheese burger happy meal set together with the sundae cone should be around rm12, but she charged me rm18 instead. When i check the receipt, it shows that the ice chocolate was an add on. How come she said it comes together with set ? Some more, the fries is like a leftover from yesterday.
