For those who don't eat beef or are allergic to beef, please be aware of the insufficient description for this item in the menu as opposed to every other item on this menu. My sister had ordered this item (Chicken Roulade) thinking that it was just a chicken dish since there were no description whatsoever. So, when we found out that it had beef in the stuffing and we confronted the server & cashier in order to either replace the dish or omit it from the bill, not only did they blame it on us for not asking what's in the stuffing but also said that they won't replace the meal or omit it from the bill. When we asked the cashier to call for the manager or supervisor, she didn't call the person in charge and only agreed to give a discount of 20% which is the maximum discount they could give. So, we asked them to pack it up thinking we could at least feed a dog since we're still paying for it anyway. Although the food was average tasting, we were still fine with it at least till we found out about the beef. It upset most of my family members' appetite. It's our personal choice of not consuming beef due to religious reasons but I think the restraunt should be accountable as they didn't have clear description in neither the hardcopy nor the softcopy menu. I'll put this straight for people not from shah alam and need a place to eat,

The drinks I ordered root beer for 6.70 and you only get 1 glass. Brooooooooo, you didn't even brew the drink. Your closest bet after is mineral water or tap water from the toilet.

The steaks, Taste decent. Your basic salt pepper if any. Mushroom sauce taste like meat sauce. Salad side, is a joke. No dressing nothing raw salad straight from a potted plant out back I'm guessing. If I were to put value on this dish, it's between Rm 25-30. I'd say the steaks weight less than 200g or at 200g. Nothing about it warrants Rm39.80.

The service. Such a pain, can't sit in a 4 person table when you come as a couple, almost all tables reserved. Spots for couples are at dumb locations and look like you are on display. But no one is taking up those reserved table until i left.

Overall decent place. But not worth the money. They try to be up market but feels like your typical wannabe up market with really poor standards.

No complaints about the food. It was as how we expected. BAD ATTITUDE OF WAITRESS: However the behaviour of particularly one waitress has taken me aback. 2 of us came and she only offered either to seat in the middle of the aisle or right next to the counter where they prepare cakes and nachos. Though at the point of time there were at least 2 more tables which apparently she only allows for a group of 4 customers. After 40 minutes , there was another couple who occupied the table of 4 and the girl did not say a word BAD TABLE QUALITY: The table that we sat was shaky...and no action to change the table was made. DELAYED FOOD ARRIVAL: We arrived at 8.40pm. First order came to us at 9.10pm.

Just because malays are the main patrons of this place; (and generally malays do not complaint), the owners are not taking heed of these small but pertinent matters. It is not all about food quality. When u are in food business, service is equally if not more important than food quality
