This incident happened today @ 14 Feb 2024 to my wife & son, whereby the cashier made a cashiering blunder and charged my son Debit card MORE than the amount he supposed to pay !
When asked why this can happen .. the staff totally blur and only tell my son to wait for the Manager to come and handle the issue .. ??
WHY SUCH INCONVENIENCE??
Why during payment, the staff can tell that there is not enough cash to pay the balance ?? And when my son pay by debit card .. IT IS OVERLY CHARGED ??
One more thing, the staff that took the order is also very annoying, when my wife ask - why other order number is ready and the one given is late .. the staff blame my wife and son that it is due to payment problem delaying the order to be ready and the staff didn't even say sorry !!? As if the cashier done the work correctly ! 😡

Read moreNot a good experience provided by the customer service 𝐆𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐍𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐡. I asked if they can check on my order status as it has been about half an hour and the rider’s number they gave me was not reachable. At 10:10am, the CS said my order was READY & is only waiting for my rider to pick up, so I told them the live track shows my rider is already at the store, which they said they will try to contact the rider.
At 10:25am, the staff from IOI BOULEVARD OUTLET called saying they’re unable to make my drinks that contains espresso as they’re facing a blackout.
Does this mean that the CS was giving a false update on my order? 10:10am updated that my order was ready, but outlet said my drinks are not prepared at 10:25am. After asking the CS on this, they just ignored my question and copy & paste the same reply, which is super irresponsible.
No compensation whatsoever for wasting an hour of waiting in hunger and in the end nothing was received. Only refunded back the amount paid, the 20% discount voucher and my grab points was...
Read moreSomeone named Pierre ordered a delivery service to pick up a package at the warehouse at PKT Logistics to be delivered at the Glenmarie HQ but upon arrival at the pickup location, an indian lady named Vino whom i was supposed to contact and deal with at the warehouse took forever to have the package ready, costing me so much time waiting. She didnt even tell and guide me about the delivery procedure. 15 mins wasted to get her come to the guardhouse to hand me the safety vest and 45 mins wasted waiting for the package. In the end, the delivery order was cancelled by Pierre. Worst thing, Pierre couldnt even be contacted. Very bad communication between the person (Pierre) who ordered the delivery service, the warehouse and the HQ (drop off location). Theres a special place in hell for people who dont respect others' time. Luckily, im never a fan of this coffee brand. Kopi O mamak...
