MOO-KA-DUCK Thai BBQ — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Yesterday was my second time dine in to this restaurant. The waitress’ service and way of communication are so low standard.

I went there around 8pm, I saw there was 7 seaters round table, we have 4 pax in total so I asked the waitress if we can sit here because the crowd was not much and fully occupied. I told her that it will be easier for us to take food and put on the table. She said:” No, you cannot sit here.” With a rude sound. I was like okay, nevermind.

Then we move in to the 4 seaters. After that I went to get the sauces, they provide the small sauces plate but there is corriander, onion vege which do not fit in the sauces plate. So I found the big one to get the sauce, since other hot pot or BBQ places allowed to do so although I have asked for permission. So this waitress came to me and said I shall not do that with rude voice. Then I turned around and saw some tables are doing that. WHY THIS WAITRESS ONLY SHOUT TO ME LIKE THAT? This made me feel so uneasy and I told my family that since they have not serve the soup, we walk out and not to dine here.

I went to the cashier and wanna to inform them that this waitress made me feel uneasy. This waitress came to cashier and cut the conversation which made me feel annoying.

I was like fine, the corriander and the onion that I took, I will pay RM5. But really, I shall update at the Google review.

Yes, your food is cheap and you get lots of crowd but does not mean you can treat customers like they have no...
