4Fingers Crispy Chicken • USJ Taipan — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

A staff with black shirt( that time only 1 staff is wearing black shirt) is giving me very bad attitude is just bcoz i wanted to order my meal at counter instead of online order bcoz i dw to bind or key in my bank information in the website. The staff ask me to wait for 1 hour before i tell him what i wanted to order ! Im okay waiting for 1 hour i can “play” with the staff ! While im writing this feedback, a man go to counter and start ordering. Well, in my expectation the man get his food first while im waiting for my food for half an hour ard. How come this kind of attitude still can be hired? Im a full time service crew in f&b industry before and i know how long would it takes to finish an order. U can’t imagine the face that the staff show me when i agreed to wait for 1 hour and he tell his colleague “dia mau tunggu 1 jam tau?” Feel free to get back to me ya. very disappointed coz THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TO TRY 4 FINGER !! Well the food is very awesome and i hope management can take action....

Imagine paying over RM20 for a miserable burger which comprises a chicken fillet smaller than your palm, a slice of cheese and some nacho cheese sauce and mayo smathered across the fillet served alongside some overcooked generic-branded shoestring fries with no condiments (I'm talking ketchup or chili, take note!) so they are pretty tasteless, and a cup of soft drink with no straw as well.

The branch doesn't serve any straws so either you bring your own and drink from the cup or just avoid drinking from it.

Forget the burgers, stick with the chickens for "better" value. And by better, that is if you don't cave in to whatever the cashier tries to...

The worst burger I have ever tasted. Meat is tasteless without any sauce but the soy garlic is sweet and not nice at all. Was told I had to wait for 15 minutes which turned into half an hour. Rigid and 1 track minded staff. Asked to separate the thousand island sauce or replace it with the cheese sauce which they said no to, so ended up just saying no sauce. After all the waiting, they did not even put the sliced cheese in the burger. The price is not worth for the portion and the quality. This would be my first and last time and if I could, I would rate 0 stars...
