🙂 Bad. 🙂 Terrible service. I came today (31st August) roughly around 6pm in which I have to wait for a table of 3 (ps. There was only one table before me I have to wait) but the couple that came after me who wrote their names for queue after me gets to get a table before me? They got a table where 4 ppl max can seat comfortably at. Unfair? Maybe. Who am I kidding, yea it’s unfair. But it’s ok, maybe they have their reasons. Then? Is Ok we got offered a bigger table but? We must finish eating before 7:45, sure no problem (we got seated at 7pm) we have ordered 3 dishes, 2 came out fast in which we have to wait 20 mins for the 3rd one (it was 7:20) so we’ve called for service to check on the food at least 3 times (the other 2 dish we’ve ordered we already fully consumed here ok, just waiting for one for dish) but no food came out until 7:40 in which they came out in a batch so I roughly understand: sure, you want to cook one type of food once and serve once but hello? You tell me to finish at 7:45 but u serve only at 7:40??? What? You think I can gobble a whole plate of 辣子鸡 in 5 minutes?? Don’t get me wrong, food is nice, not going to say it’s not nice, it’s very good but to expect me to leave on time when u serve so late??? 🙂? Man, I almost wanted to type in Chinese but 🙂 I was lazy to change keyboard so ya’ll stuck with my English rant.
Anyways conclusion is: Bye am not coming again, not even an apology given btw. That’s all, thanks for reading/listening me yap, have...
Read moreIn our inaugural visit to the outlet that was opened two weeks ago, we ordered taro fishpot (garupa) (F6), delicious Beijing cabbage (V1), spicypot frog (S3), and pickled vegetables braised pork (P5). The food tasted nice and satisfactory. Although the soup is tasty, the fish is flat in taste. The pork dish is a tad sweet, while the frog dish will be better with a bigger size frog. We were disappointed that the cutlery (fork and spoon) provided are of odd shapes and sizes, and the smaller soup bowls were not totally dried for use. The bill came to RM348 for the three of us, while we packed takeaway for the extra we could not finish. There is an ongoing contest for customers at check-out, by auto spinning two dices to score points and win skewers (lamb and pork) for consumption during the next visit (expires in...
Read moreGo to the one next door if you are looking to have China Cuisine.
Visited this restaurant recently, and while they serve Chinese cuisine, it’s quite apparent that the flavors have been adjusted to suit local Malaysian tastes. Dishes like the pork skewers and diced dried chili chicken were heavily battered and lacked the bold spices you'd typically expect from authentic Chinese fare. The pork skewers were also a bit tough, and the chili chicken, despite the visual appeal, didn’t deliver the heat or spice.
That said, the ambiance of the restaurant is clean, cozy, and welcoming. The staff were also very attentive and polite, which made the overall dining experience pleasant despite the food not quite meeting...
