Today (23 Jan 2022) is my first attempt on this outlet (and it will be my last !). I thought everything should be fine, based on the past experience from other branches, however it just turns to be a nightmare.
(1) Me and my 2 other friends other the 2 plates of the pork slices and other foods as usual. At first I didn't notice anything wrong. After eating few slices, I started to felt strange, so I look at the meat, and realize is already spoiled (pic attached). I didn't manage to take the raw meat, it is just looks like those pork with cancer, which I seen before in FB post.
I ask the waitress to check the meat, then she take the plate and walk to kitchen, then came back with a new plate saying the previous one already spoil, without any apologize and walk away... I was like really ?? Hopefully I won't suffer from food poison, as I already consumed 1 plate only realized.
(2) First time ask to refill soup - we ask to refill the 2 flavors of soup from 1 of the waiter, after refill 1 side, then the waiter go do other stuff - cleaning other tables (is not packed at that time and not much crowd). I thought may be after he complete his tasks and will come and refill, but no, he totally forget. Because after doing all this tasks, he just stand aside and chit chat with the waitress. So never mind, I asked another person to refill instead.
Second ask to refill soup (another waiter) - come very promptly, but only fill in half full. I was thinking, the soup broth very expensive meh ??
In conclusion, I can say the foods are totally not fresh, the price paid for is not worth the value. Customer service just... a lot of space for improvement, and TRAINING !! (I wonder all the workers are young chaps, no Manager or...

I came to celebrate my fiance’s promotion but it didn’t feel that way when I felt that big lump of meat in my throat. The size of the beef was so big that I almost choked. I cannot comprehend why they chose to change the cutting into a big size like this when it was so perfect before. It was awful! I dont have to be a butcher or have 10 years of experience working at the kitchen to know that this isn’t how you cut your meat for hotpot. Meat texture is bad too. Normally hotpot meat you only cook for like less than a minute and its all ready but this one, cooked it for more than a minute but I still had a hard time trying to chew the beef. Did they change the part of the beef? No idea. Kimchi soup and mushroom soup no longer hit the spot too. Only thing that made my experience better was David who offered watermelon.
