I was here today, the cashier lady refuse to take order and ask me to order the drinks online without any guidance and mentioned that she is busy because a lot of orders and ordering online will be faster, I wonder what does that mean, faster for her or faster for customers? where we were not guided how to use, I’m a little speechless as the cashier lady must have thought that coming here just to stand behind the counters, I see ppl lining up at the counter waited for few minutes and walk away and others were told the same thing to order online and walk away as well. I suggest a better capability training should be in place how to deal with such situation, at least also providing hybrid ordering method and encourage ppl online with some guidance, not obviously giving excuses on purpose pushing consumers away or maybe more lucrative package and incentive scheme to motivate to go for more as one, getting more consumers to walk in and leave with holding your product in hand, not walk away empty handed with a...

Being a tourist i have seen soo many chagee stores around all malls in kl, so was very interested in trying a drink from chagee for the first time, however few days back on 17th feb, strolling through ioi mall puchong, as i saw chagee amd it was quite empty (since all the chagee stores are always so busy so never got the time to try) i thought of why not try now since its not that busy, as i got to the counter to order, the lady on the cash counter was rude, as i just say the name of my drink, sje first stops me to say that wait, ( she was labelling her orders and putting stickers on the mugs) it was rude cause she made me wait for a long time and how can you make your customer wait for that long when its empty and the customer is here to order?
