I'm Kopitiam Serdang — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

First time visiting this place, went there in the morning, so the environment was chill, nice and good, very clean and spacious. The staffs are very attentive and excellent. We were having issue ordered our food from QR, the food order just went missing, the lady staff immediately get us the paper to fill in our order. Suggest the QR order might need to improve.

I ordered Mee Siam with fried chicken, just taste average. My mother ordered Monday special set which is chicken curry with rice, although the curry tastes good, however my mom can taste the curry drumstick meat might not fresh as we expected. The pork lard rice with lancheon meat is ok. The pineapple bun butter was given very little, must request extra butter so the taste would be better. We also ordered 3 pieces of karipap (potato), oh no… those are the worse, the karipap skin are thick and hard, the potato also taste hard, so I don’t suggest order karipap. The coffee drink is good, Belgium chocolate need to order normal sugar, less sugar will be...

Signature coffee is good and strong same for the cham (mix coffee and tea)

Roti bakar is generous on the butter and Kaya, the bread is crunchy, pretty good, maybe the kaya a tad bit sweet to my liking

Pork lard rice with luncheon meat, well the sauce is ok, just nice to mix with the rice, Sadly rice portion is rather little, Luncheon meat is.... Way too over cooked until a bit chewy

Overall a pleasant place, will come again, Please improve your service, I was there and ask the cashier for help, he kindly help me clean the table, and the boss later remind him with a higher tone that he not suppose to leave cashier as is not his role.

I would like to compliment the gentleman for helping, yet I felt the service was a bit messy, hope to see improvement...

Ok honest review. Idk if u give xtra butter will lose money or not ah but i feel macam dont look so nice as a customer. I ate the double roti bakar. Texture crispy jeng but thin then the butter 1 side aiyo so lari man. Taste boleh ah but the 1 side butter spoil it for me.

Hainanese chicken chop not so wow. Taste ok sauce hmm. Chicken abit too thin for me like u see other place give u a whole thigh here is like flatten out breast i guess? Idk. Fries nice tho ngl. Vege is vege lo.

Nice is the environment ah. Clean and style but i guess food that I had is okok saja. Price also reasonable. Customer service also normal ntg bad ntg to wow. Thanks for the food and experience tho hope this review...
