Poor service. Ordering experience and food serving management was as bad as it gets. There was a queue before entering the restaurant for approximately 15min but we were asked to begin placing order while queueing. That was understandable because of the handful of customers they had during peak hour about 2pm. Crowd control could be improved. We were served with food without cutleries for about 10min until I asked for them from the waitress which stood clueless. I would like to think the restaurant is understaffed but that was certainly not the case. Every waiter looked very occupied with serving but not taking care of customer’s need. To top that off, polo bun was erroneously served twice the ordered amount. We have informed the waiter of the mistake only to be reacted by his disbelief. He then took back the order to the kitchen and then return the dish to our table to check the order sheet on our end. The waiter even asked the neighbouring table if they have ordered extra polo buns. This only tells us that the restaurant’s ordering system isn’t robust. Food quality was ok and...

Read moreI think this is the worse Hong Kong style restaurant I have experienced, I came here with my family during lunch time. My order was not served after my family's have finished their dishes, so I checked with the staff and only was told that the order no more which I wasn't informed when the staff placed our orders. Not only that their Hong Kong teh c taste so bitter which I believe they use those very cheap tea to prepare, nothing come close to the real Hong Kong teh C for those ppl who really appreciates tea will know what I mean. Tea Garden teh C tasted much better. Their choice of serving dish is also very poor, look at the small size of the plate holding the amount of rice, literally the rice falls everywhere when you dig in. Please upgrade your food quality and staff experience, if you want me...
