Crab B Restaurant — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Had dinner with my family for mother's day, it was a extremely bad experience and spoil our day. I placed my order at 8:10pm, then the first dish came at 8:40pm which was understanding and accepted for this busy day. However, here was our nightmare started, the second dish came out 10min later and the third one need another 10min after the second. You can imagine we were having our dinner like French cuisine. For the worst , we order the main dish ,crab, which even didnt be served after we had finished all the dishes and rice at 9:20pm. We keep reminding and chasing our order with the staffs who told us need to be patient as there is only one chef to cook the crab and it is being served according. Funny thing was the another guests who came later than us have started having their crab. The staffs not even attend to us , or apologize or rearrange the order for us, nothing has happened. Ordered the Creamy Butter Crab. The sauce is so delicious—rich, buttery, and perfectly seasoned—that it keeps me coming back despite some hiccups. The service is also a highlight; the staff are attentive and add to the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. In past visits, the crabs were impressively fresh, which made this recent experience (where 2 out of 3 pieces were nearing spoilage) particularly disappointing.

Seafood lives and dies by freshness, so inconsistency is hard to overlook. That said, because I’ve had great meals here before, I’m willing to give them another chance—though I’ll be more cautious next time. If they can deliver the dish as it’s meant to be—plump, sweet crab in that addictive sauce—it’s easily a 5-star dish.

Terrible food and service! Booked reunion dinner 1 month ago. Was served at table which is not well clean, asked for Chinese tea which takes more than half hour, same for plate and utensil, took 1 hour just to serve 2 dishes, served a namely mushroom and vege with fish maw and sea cucumber, but did not comes with fish maw and sea cucumber, brought back in to kitchen to rearrange with vege but still without fish maw. Heard so many customer complaining at cashier for all kind of problem. Left halfway before finish dinner because do not want to waste time like everyone else.
