This is my second time staying at this hotel! The first time I stayed, I chose a Solo room. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and most importantly, the location of this hotel is great! It’s very convenient to go in and out or dine! So this time I came to the company for a meeting, I also chose this hotel! This time I stayed for two nights, so I chose an Executive Queen room type.
I was very disappointed when I stayed in this hotel this time! I checked in on 30/1 and checked out on 01/2, I stayed for two nights! When I checked in, I was assigned to room 312. The room was very clean and spacious! But the air conditioner is not cold! Then I went down and complained to the front desk. The front desk staff told me that I had to close the curtains and the bathroom door so that the air conditioner would gradually get colder! But the air conditioner wasn't very cold from when I entered the room at 2.45pm to 4.30pm. It was only cold when I went to bed at night!
Then the shower water in the bathroom is very small! But I can barely take a shower! Until the night of 31/1, I came back from going out at about 12:00am. Just when I was about to take a shower, I turned on the showerhead. The water coming out of the showerhead was so small that even the pee was bigger than this water! Basically, I couldn't take a bath successfully with that water, and then I reluctantly washed it, but the water became smaller and smaller, and even stopped! Then I called the counter and asked why there was no water at the moment! A male staff at the counter told me that they were repairing the water pipe at 8pm, so there was no water available for the time being! You have to wait about 2 hours longer for water! Until 9 o'clock in the morning on 1/2/24, I planned to go out to have breakfast after taking a shower, but the shower turned on, and the water was still the same small, and then the water supply was stopped! Even the water pipe in the wash basin has no water! I can’t even wash my face this time! Luckily I brushed my teeth before the water stopped! I called the counter again and they said it was impossible! They will respond responsibly! The point is, it’s useless for you to apologize! I'm staying in your hotel and I can't take a shower. What should I do?
So from the night of 31/1/24 to 1/2/24, I couldn't take a good shower before I checked out! Do you know how helpless and speechless the residents feel when they don’t have to take a shower? I'm really...

We also detected a few spots that are perfect for ootd shots and photos.||||The moment I entered the hotel lobby, I can straight away resembled that is a very prominent London themed kind of furniture and setting. Love it because it's such a beautiful place with lots of natural lighting for shooting. ||||The hotel has 3 stories yo There is also The Bloom café takeaway counter located on the side of the entrance. On the first floor, there is One Hair Design Center and also The Bloom Café. You can check out our latest review about The Bloom Café @Bandar Puteri Puchong.||||We stayed at The Suite, which is very spacious and comes with 2 double bed, 1 sofa, tv, coffee & tea making facilities, bathroom and also toiletries. This room is perfect for the family plus it’s has connecting room, if you wish to have more room space there is connecting room available. Pssst… each room has different color scheme.||||Located in Puchong, we are an ideal place to shop, sip and dine as Setiawalk and IOI Mall is about 10-minute drive away. Read moreBathroom and floors, rain shower, sink, toilet, sliding door all 10/10. Very clean, exactly how I'd keep it clean at home! This is what gets me coming back a 2nd time.||Bed was clean and comfy 8/10. Simple coffee table, safe in room, I felt safe to stay here. Towels were great, sheets and pillows were clean and fresh.||AC is nice and cold so a plus for KL's humid weather.||Eateries all around but quite dark after 9pm... rather intimidating to walk alone as it's only buildings all around, so scenery wise it wouldn't be something to think of.||Staff greeting was very friendly with a welcome drink, the lobby was nice and cold with interesting UK themed items around. Check in was verified quickly too.||If you're looking for clean, affordable, minimalist stay, Bloommaze is your choice. One of the best budget hotels around the Puchong KL area but will definitely need a taxi or grab car to get around. About 45 minutes from KLIA2 airport and about 30 minutes to KL city center.||My only suggestion is to add a mini fridge for single & twin rooms. Double, queen & suites all have them so if you book those, you won't be disappointed.||Local channels on tv so didn't bother to switch it on as didn't understand it and most channels were fuzzy. As they are a new hotel maybe in time they'll add cable tv but wasn't important to me so it doesn't register on my mind when rating this place.||Walls are rather thin but not annoyingly so that one couldn't sleep :)||Again, cleanliness is no.1 to me and the AC as well & I got what I needed for the price I paid, well worth...
