Shocking to see it has such low rating.
I placed a order on Friday evening to go pickup at the restaurant at 6pm++. As I arrived, I could not retrieve order number from food panda app. A female trainee staff attended to me and went through all the bills to check for my order, but to no avail. Manager/supervisor Akim managed the situation very well, told me they’ll prepare my order now and I collected the food in 15 minutes.
I then lodged a complaint with food panda and told them to make sure the payment goes to the restaurant. Only at 8pm the same night, I received an email from food panda saying my order was cancelled (hence explained why pizza hut did not receive my order earlier) and food panda will process my refund.
So I decided to return to Pizza Hut on Sunday, to pay for the food that I’ve ordered and collected on Friday. Akim was on duty, explained to me that the price may be higher than advertised on food panda and I understand it’s because food panda has promotion for pickup.
I’m very happy with how the team dealt with this whole situation. They did not push me away saying they did not receive the order, instead prepared the food on the spot and never asked me to pay (because I already paid on food panda).
Well done, all. I’ll be sure to return again for more orders!...

Dear Pizza Hut Team,
I’m writing to express my frustration with the repeated poor service I’ve experienced at your outlet.
My order pickup time was at 7:37 PM, but I didn’t receive my order until 8:15 PM. I wasn’t informed of any delay until I asked at 7:42 PM, only to be told I had to wait for the mushroom soup. When the soup was finally ready around 8 PM, I still didn’t get my order. Upon checking again, I was told to wait for the Huts Breadstix Cheddar.
This lack of communication is extremely disappointing. Why wasn't I informed of the delay when I placed the order? Telling customers only when they follow up themselves is not acceptable. This isn’t even a one-time issue—this is the third time I’ve had to wait just for mushroom soup. If there are known delays, please communicate them upfront.
There weren’t many customers at the time, so I really don’t understand the delay. And to make things worse, by the time I got my order, the pizza was no longer hot. If I had that much time, I would have dined in. I opted for takeaway because I had somewhere to be.

Everything was good but I think the management could have done better decision in placing their staff. The longer waiting time due to the excessive amount of order. I can see from the screen. However, I can see the staff was given her full dedication to her duties. She's the one who pack the order, who serve, who make our drink. To this restaurant manager, please do better in your management. You should hire more floor staff to ensure smoothness in your daily operations especially in peak hours and also please remind your staff to pack my food nicely when I order for pickup because everytime I came here, I have to remind them to put the cutlery also please check my order before give it to me and no missing item!!! The only staff who knows what I need was the tall girl staff the same person who serve my family today. I recognised her. Please do brief all your staff to ensure the quality of service.
