Formerly one of the best Pappa Rich restaurant branches, now the owners of this franchise branch revert to their original business name "Coyami". Still frequent here as they ensure high quality of services and food quality (still the same supervisors and some same waiters, the proof that they are being treated well despite the pandemic). Most of the staff and supervisors have been working here for years, it shows how great is the lady boss.

Ample restaurant spaces. The best quality food from here include the fried mamak noodle (pictured) and nasi lemak with fried chicken. The fried chicken is one of the best cooked. Before Covid-19, some tour groups designated this restaurant as the food stop and nasi lemak with fried chicken its ultimate menu. Even the take away or delivery of this dish is good.

Recommended food: fried meehoon (vegetarian), fried mee mamak (yau wok hei), and the new Nasi Kuning, Nasi Ayam Masak Merah, chicken porridge, and the toasts with kaya butter are well made. They also have good range of cold and hot drinks from coffee to fruit juice, iced cendol, and oolong rose tea.

Stopped by PappaRich Bandar Kinrara for a quick lunch and left with mixed feelings. The ambience is pleasant, offering a comfortable and relaxing dining experience. Service was decent—nothing exceptional but efficient enough.

Ordered the porridge with chicken, and while the porridge was quite satisfying, the chicken was a big letdown. It lacked the flavor and quality expected for the price. Speaking of which, the food comes with a hefty price tag, but the taste doesn’t quite justify it. Overall, the food was just average—not bad, but nothing that would make me return in a hurry.

Ordering Menu is very bad. No code for the fish menu with options. Had to write out every single word on the menu. Should have gotten the waitress to take order if it is so inconvenient for the customer.

Also made many mistakes in ordering because not much details provided in the menu. And the waitress misread the handwriting and ordered extra portion. Even with the mistake, the manager didn't strike out the order and still charge for the waitress mistake.

Slow to serve even though only had 3 tables of customers. The rice is extremely spicy. Should mention in the menu. Couldn't take the spiciness. Wasted the rice.
