If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This happened yesterday. I ordered a Twister Box and later discovered they gave me an extremely tiny Twister. Normally, the portion is filling, but yesterday’s was pathetically small. I was really hungry and counted on this meal to satisfy me—what a disappointment! On top of that, they even gave me the wrong chicken flavor. I complained to Grab, but the restaurant refused to admit their mistake, which is why I’ve decided to speak out publicly. I have photos and evidence. I’ve been eating Twisters for over 20 years, do you think I don’t know what the proper size is supposed to be? Just last week, I ordered the same Twister Box from another branch—it was so big it couldn’t even fit properly inside the box. Yesterday’s version was so small that when the rider handed it to me, I thought something was missing! As for the chicken, I also sent photos to prove it, yet they still refused to admit the mistake. Pepper flavor is not the same as Original Recipe—do you think I can’t tell the difference? The color looked like fried chicken that had been sitting for two days. Oh, and Grab told me that one of the restaurant’s responses was: “The pictures are for reference only and do not represent reality.” Seriously, just listen to what they’re saying. The last photo I attached is from the Twister I had just last week. Anyone with eyes can clearly see the difference. It was a horrible experience. I asked for a refund, but the restaurant refused. I’m very sorry, but this is the only way I can make my voice heard. I paid for this meal. I even discussed with Grab to handle it properly before going public, but both the restaurant and Grab dealt with it as if they were covering for each other. So here I am, posting this publicly.

This was a delivery order via Grab Ordered 4 x dinner plate sets with drinks, additional buns, additional coleslaw and mashed potatoes + zinger set & garlic aioli set meal. The dinner plate sets were a REAL total letdown. Chicken pieces were cold AND more than half the amount of chicken parts were chicken breast parts- this is always the case when you cannot make any requests or not on the spot to order; I feel the restaurant always does this. The chicken were also cold and felt like they were left out for some time before they got to us. The mashed potatoes in the dinner plate sets were also cold and tasted like they have been seating in room temperature for quite some time. And the drinks sighhh… were all warm & flat WITHOUT ANY gas in them upon delivery. We did not even touch any of them. How can you serve your customers warm, flat tasting soft drinks??? Why would you do that? The buns were another sad case; flatten and cold- not ideal for a bun texture & taste. Bad bad bad.. The saving grace for the whole entire order were the burger sets; that also they were acceptable and borderline getting cold therefore compromising the taste. This KFC outlet shld seriously improve in their quality of meals esp if it were to be sent out for a delivery. The fried chicken shld at least be warm AND crispy and not limp, lifeless and cold - real disappointment. PLEASE BUCK UP KFC- this is real bad 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Avoid unless you plan to wait in queue. They have 2 self order kiosk. The time I came 1 was down..I tried to order at counter since the kiosk queue was long. Once reach my turn , staff ask me to order at kiosk. Went to kiosk and all rice menu is offline. Went back to counter to order. Counter staff saying only 2 staff doing all ordering and they got no choice. After a few minutes the 2nd kiosk also went offline. Wow...KFC Management where are you?? Things has gotten worse from my last review below. 1 year ago review: Long wait KFC. They give u a number slip for collection but dont give you your receipt except when u ask for it (what??) I think kinrara area needs more KFC.. there is this and another in Jln Puchong and both are sooo busyyy..hope they open more to cater for higher demand. 2-Jan-23 review Came because thought things has improved. Queue up at order kiosk to order 1 rice meal. After about 15 minutes, came my turn. I tried to click rice meal but no items shown. Ask staff where is all the rice meal, he said don't have rice today . I was like #$%%^%%, why can't u just paste on the machine that there is no rice and I can save 15 minutes of my time.

Avoid unless you plan to wait in queue. They have 2 self order kiosk. The time I came 1 was down..I tried to order at counter since the kiosk queue was long. Once reach my turn , staff ask me to order at kiosk. Went to kiosk and all rice menu is offline. Went back to counter to order. Counter staff saying only 2 staff doing all ordering and they got no choice. After a few minutes the 2nd kiosk also went offline. Wow...KFC Management where are you??
