Always wanted to try this place whenever I come for pickbleball session become the food looks good. We’ve decided to try tonight partly since we’re hungry after the game.
It’s a normal kopitiam with the usual kopitiam menu. Quite some options to choose from. But unfortunately the food wasn’t really good. The dried noodle my wife had was bland and without the chili, it’s just tasteless. And as a 149cm 30+ y/o female, the portion was small and she’s not a big eater. The prawn and fish paste kinda thing were small as well. The prawn paste tasted like they took it out from the dimsum “Har Kao” lol.
My Siam Bihun with fried chicken was slightly ok. Bihun was overcooked and lack of flavors. Chicken and sambal were acceptable. But actually I made a mistake which I actually wanted to order nasi lemak ayam instead. I think they have to improve on their service which is confirm order with customers upon receiving orders. It’s customer’s mistake for misplacing their food orders, but confirmation from the staff would make a good impression.
I wouldn’t recommend to come here purposely for a meal. However, if a quick meal before the PB session or when you feel hungry after the game like...
Read moreI looked through the menu via apps and noticed a combo set. I was interested in the mee Siam with drinks set. I had even asked the waiter to confirm that the mee Siam do come with chicken or not. He said yes. Therefore I had proceed to order.
To my dismay, when the food was served, I was only given a plain mee Siam without the chicken . I was told by the supervisor that the combo set' s mee Siam comes without chicken. I felt cheated and settled on a plain mee Siam only.
So my question 1 to the management, why should I opt for a combo set( mee Siam+ coffee (h) RM14.90 which is more expensive than ordering each ala carte( RM8.50+5.50)?
Does your combo set packages make any sense?Do you plan and strategised before rolling out the combo set?
Question 2, do you train your waiter to communicate? If no then perhaps they should have inform the supervisor to communicate with me regarding the menu on offer. I...

Their Mee Siam with Fried Drumstick is a standout — the mee siam is fragrant, slightly tangy, and well-balanced, while the fried drumstick is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside.
