Personally for the customer service received I don’t think they even deserve a star.

This is not the first time I received a bad customer service and what’s worst, its from the same exact staff. A tall thin girl with tan skin.

First of all, I was greeted with a very sour and unwelcoming facial expression. She seemed very impatient and was not helpful at all along the process of ordering. “Like…quick order and piss off” face. The I ordered my coffee and I specifically said “Satu Kopi Kaw Kaw Cincau” but she heard wrong. She gave me the wrong order and when I asked at the counter, the other lady staff was trying to understand the situation. I told her I ordered kaw kaw cincau but then the tall girl educated me saying “Kak, kaw kaw tu nama kedai”… wahhh I was super annoyed. Wouldn’t hurt if you would just say sorry. She was super rude. What a put off!

Then, what’s worst, she spoke to the other boys in the kitchen and they started staring and at the kitchen sounded like someone was banging the utensils or what not. Sounded more of retaliation. I was not sure who because I wasn’t sitting facing them. So I do not want to comment on that further.

But seriously, owners, if this goes on, your shop will close in no time. Customer service in other BKK so far in Subang and other places i’ve visited they were fantastic. Unlike yours just because of these “I don’t give a damn coz this is not my...

I came here on the 30th of October around 10 AM. When I went to the counter to order, the staff said they were out of plates and waiting for customers to finish eating. While I was talking, two customers returned their plates, and many used plates were still on the tables. Instead of taking action, the staff sat there and said they didn’t know how long it would take, and that we just needed to wait. The way they spoke made it sound like they didn’t even want us to order. For a franchise of this size, this level of service is unacceptable. I’m always come to Bungkus Kaw Kaw for the Nasi Lemak Sambal Udang @ Cham Kaw Kaw drink. The sambal has 8-9 pcs of prawn worth the price. Taste fresh and the spiciness level is 5/10. It’s a comfy place to eat/drink. For cold drink maybe can reduce the ice cube a little. Overall i like all the food here. Keep up the good F&B for Bungkus Kaw Kaw @ Mydin...
