A Surprisingly Good and Affordable Experience! My first visit to Sushi King Mydin Subang Jaya was a great one. The restaurant looked very clean and well-kept, which made it a perfect spot for a quick dine-in meal. The biggest surprise was the price, especially during the bonanza promotion. I was genuinely shocked to find that the sushi and even the drinks were only RM3.50 each. It felt like a total bargain! I had the grape lemonade, and for that price, you really can't complain. The sushi itself was decent and tasted good—definitely a fantastic value for the price. However, my absolute favorite was the hanjuku cheese cake. It was so delicious, I could have eaten a ton of it! I was also very impressed with the service. There was one female staff member who was constantly moving, walking fast just to serve the customers and make sure everything was running smoothly. Read moreRudeness of one lady staff was unbearable. Your outlet internet was instable. Ordering was a problem from the tablet provided and when we enquire, she gave us your outlet's iPad (or her personal one which is beyond our knowledge). Obviously we have to take some time to order as we need to scroll through. She came back with a loud voice asking whether finished or not? And rudely snatching the iPad.
On the 2nd incident we asked her to help keep the menu booklet which we thought was always kept at another area. She took it and slam the hardcover menu booklet under the table storage. How on earth should we know that the storage is underneath? We don't work in any Sushi King outlet right? What an amazing attitude.

Read moreOne of the workers, Abang Ikram (I think), was really nice! He’s the kind of guy that should be an example for anyone working in customer service. Even though he seemed tired and busy (maybe they were short-staffed), he still smiled and treated customers well, which made the whole experience better. As for the food, it was good! I went during the Bonanza promotion, so there weren’t many à la carte options, but overall, everything was great. The variety was decent, and for the price, it was definitely worth it.
