Arrived at 9pm

I did not notice 10pm close.

So there is a total of around 3 to 4 tables, the same as us, just arrived. So we placed the order within 5 min. Then food served around 9.25pm

The aircond off when the food served. WTHH??? Are you kidding me? If your restaurant is so rushing to close, then you should stop us to enter starting from 9pm.

We ordered hotpot and fish soup set. Those are hooooooot foooooddddd. You don't even have a fan. And you trying to off all the aircond? IS WHOLE RESTAURANT AIRCOND OFF

The foreign workers' attitude is ok. Just the supervisors, I don't think he is suited to be there. I am not sure that man is boss or owner or supervisor. Definitely the sense fxxxxking low.

In the end , I freaking hot, and I stood up and walked to that man and ask, boss. The aircond can't switch on? He stood up and asked, "Where? I say that's really hot. My sweat is all over my head and neck. Then he answered me. The aircond will trip. So I can't switch on.

Wowwww, so? The whole shop aircond is in off mode. Your whole ship tripped, but the light not tripped kah?

P/S: NOT ONLY ME COMPLAINING. THE TABLE NEXT TO ME IS COMPLAINT THE SAME JUST THAT THE FOREIGN WORKER CANT SO ANYTHING. Until I walk to the man to request the aircond to switch on. Then I don't know why, I feeling cool again.

My question is, if there is a issue of tripping. Why suddenly all can functioning?

Calling button not functioning. Whole shop only 2 waiter to work but only around 4-5 tables. Not peak hour.

I done writing the for the order, waiting to get waiter come and collect. I keep waiting and waiting the waiters like can't see me or what. I am sitting infront the counter where I can definitely be seen with my hand, with my posture waiting and looking at them. May check cctv. The guy rather prior serve the customer to pay and unseen me. Well done.

I am regular with membership.

This is the worst outlet out of all my visits. Won't come again for...

Service is terribly slow! It was already 50 mins since we placed our order and we saw the table beside who sat way after us got served. So we could not stand any longer and asked the manager. He justified it by the table ordered before us. Well that is true, appeared to be they were queuing outside and placed an order before got seated way later. Upon telling the manager that still doesn't justify why we would need to wait nearly AN HOUR for our orders, he said the restaurant doesn't have that many of the "hot stone thing". Not even a sorry, mind you. This was just beyond ridiculous. And we saw how slow the waiters were cleaning the tables after a customer left. When we asked for extra spoons, the waiter even answered he has to check if got any available. How do you have a restaurant with not enough utensils and stone when you clearly know you have to serve on it. This whole experience just killed the mood although the food was ok. Never...

I had good dining experience at pavilion bkt Jalil branch and decide to give this branch a go on Sunday night (7 pax including toddler).

Ordered at 7.40pm, 1st hot pot came around 8.20pm. All the waiting table before and after mine got served 1 hot pot each regardless number of pax to manage diner expectation.

Restaurant manager explain cause 50 out of 120 pot are destroyed but not replaced. There are not enough hot pot for everyone. Existing hotpot are also mostly with knocks and holes

5min after last hotpot was served, the waiter suddenly came and took the pot and remaining raw ingredient away. Inform us that the pot is no longer hot enough. He will boil all the remaining ingredient in the kitchen for us.

Left restaurant around 9.10pm.

My suggestion, bring your own snacks, board game, powerbank & maybe...
