My expectation was quite high… Signature of chief is prepared in front of customer nut not by chief , but by the person who serves the food. And our wagyu on sashimi is cooked by hand fire by this person. This ceremony is good marketing idea, but if it is not prepared by chief it looses all its particularity, i can do all myself at the same taste… besides i prefer to be cooked my wagyu by an experienced cooker not by service guy as i pay around 40usd for this several grams of meat. well because of rain, restaurant was empty, a sad image, but i did not see chief even if it is an open kitcen at left, who was welcoming a few customers of the evening (he was more available as we were a few persons). i decided not to try the other 2 rings of the chain as it is a marketing success this restaurant. the team was very polite. signature dish has to be stg more partiicular, egg and peanut became primary materials as taste and as visual...

The ambiance was serene and elegant, perfect for a relaxed yet refined evening. What really elevated the experience, though, was the impeccable service. Our waiter, Chamath, was outstanding – incredibly warm, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. He took the time to explain the dishes, offer recommendations, and ensure everything was perfect throughout the night.

The sashimi was spectacular. The fish is so fresh and fatty. It melts in your mouth! The tempura was also great with a light, flaky batter.
