The best pizza dough I have ever tasted! This pizza place is amazing, officially it's a Pinsa, which is a Roman style 'Pizza'. The difference is in the dough as they use a different mix of flour, moreover they use a method for making the dough that takes 72 hours. This process, together with the amazing ingredients and quality oven creates a perfect pizza, it's definitely up there with the greatest pizzas I ever had. The dough tasted so rich and woody, while still being light and thin, next to this the tomato sauce also really stood out! The staff was also really nice, special thanks to Silvia for being such a friendly host and telling me about the entire process! The only small downside is the sealing, you can see all the electricity lines and the air conditioner sticks out. It really feels like they forgot to put an extra layer of sealing there.The Arancini (Italian rice balls ) were also delicious! This food was an experience and when I'm back in Malta I will definitely return!

Delicious pizza! If you're nearby, worth heading to. Great, friendly service (I've lost the card with the name of the lady who served us 🤦♂️). I was torn between a few, but with some help I landed on the Porchetta with an extra bit of truffle mayo. My first white pizza, and our last meal before flying home; couldn't have chosen better! Our daughter loved her Margherita (with a couple of changes; no oil or herbs!). Basically, nothing was too much of an ask. And my wife thoroughly enjoyed the Diavolo, with extra chilli oil available on the table. Highly recommended! 3 pizzas, drinks and table water came to €50/£43, which we happily paid considering the quality and service.

Amazing place with incredibly tasty italian food! Especialy pizza, desserts and wine are worth to taste. The pizza-cake is extremly crispy, tomatos are juicy and the melted cheese is stretching. Olive oil and spices are in high quality. Also dessert tiramisu tastes like in Italy. There is a huge variety of italian red and white wine. Beside this the staff is so friendly and hospitable. You can feel italian climate in the air. Just awesome! I fell in love with this place! 5/5 from me without any doubt!

We had already had the pleasure of dining at 'Zero Sei' in Valletta, so when we found out that the same people run a Pinseria in Marsaskala, we had to try it as well and were not disappointed. The pinsas were phenomenal, and our server Silvia was very kind, helpful and funny. To top it off, we both had a fantastic dessert. We can only recommend 'Sotto' for a great dining experience in a cosy yet elegant atmosphere.

Best pizza I've had outside of Italy! The dough was holding nicely when I picked up a slice, and there was plenty of delicious tomato sauce and fior di latte. Diavola had just the right level of spiciness. Great service, personal approach to customers, welcoming atmosphere. Amazing place, highly recommended.

We’re fan of Sotto, have eating almost in all their locations. We were the only one eating here on Monday during lunch time and we of course left the place happy and satisfied! Good job to the owner and the quality of the food is outstanding everywhere! And please eat their tiramisu!
