The best pizza dough I have ever tasted! This pizza place is amazing, officially it's a Pinsa, which is a Roman style 'Pizza'. The difference is in the dough as they use a different mix of flour, moreover they use a method for making the dough that takes 72 hours.
This process, together with the amazing ingredients and quality oven creates a perfect pizza, it's definitely up there with the greatest pizzas I ever had. The dough tasted so rich and woody, while still being light and thin, next to this the tomato sauce also really stood out!
The staff was also really nice, special thanks to Silvia for being such a friendly host and telling me about the entire process! The only small downside is the sealing, you can see all the electricity lines and the air conditioner sticks out. Highly recommended!

We ordered the daily pizza and a Diavola. Afterwards, we tried the daily dessert and the tiramisu.
The only downside was the lack of salt in the sauce or the dough. Once we added some, the pizzas really came to life. The special pizza introduced us to some new favorites.
The special dessert was deep‑fried pizza dough with pistachio cream—and it was simply amazing.
The tiramisu was a bit disappointing, but to be fair, I’ve eaten it all over Italy, so my expectations...
