Just had a tremendous experience at the Adura. I’m not certain which part to praise first. We ate in the first floor Adura restaurant which with it wall to floor glass windows and doors gave amazing vistas out across the valley and towards the sea. The food was excellent. As a vegetarian I rarely find a well thought out pasta dish and this was really enjoyable. The vegetarian choice on the menu is limited but tastes sublime. The chef did say he could provide other options if needed and I suspect that if asked in advance he could have produced a whole range of exciting dishes.

After our main meal we went up for cocktails on the Adura terrace. If the views were amazing in the main restaurant; the rooftop terrace were the next level.

Amazing food, great service — a five-star experience!

I haven’t been this satisfied with a restaurant in a long time. We had the fried calamari, mozzarella, seafood pasta, and grilled steak. The calamari was absolutely amazing — crispy, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly tender inside. I normally don’t enjoy fried seafood, but this one completely changed my mind. The mozzarella was fresh and high quality, and the steak (a daily special) was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The seafood pasta was rich and delicious.

Service was also excellent — the staff were warm, attentive, and professional.

If I had to make one small suggestion, it would be to improve the seating. The tables and chairs felt a bit stiff and didn’t quite match the high-end feel of the food and service. But that’s a minor detail — the overall experience was fantastic, and I happily gave...
