EDIT.* This review was for bouquet Garney, which used to be located here. All reviews prior to 3 -4 years ago were for that fabulous sea food restraunt. Which sadly closed. It's a disgrace that they are using reviews from the previous restraunt, which was fantastic for this meh place. Google needs to stop this carry-on but can not flag it. Just look at the pictures!!! Based on the reviews, since hermanos' opened scores should be a lot lower.

It was Definatley one of the best meals I have ever had. If I had known this place was this good, I would have been here every night. I did not realise how good this restraunt was or would have had something other than the ribeye. The owner and staff are very nice, just managing to stay the right side of the line from friendly to overly friendly. Prices are a reasonable small menu, so most starters are between 6 and 10 euros. Mains are between 20 and 27. Seemed to have an extensive wine list, which I don't drink, so I can't comment on the price or quality. First up the bread. Home made still hot served with Maltese cheese, olives, mixed diced veg, and a pate. Plus, a homemade balsamic vinegar For my starter, I had the stuffed mushrooms, which were very good served, with rocket onion and cherry tomatoes covered with a fresh zingy vingerette. The main was the ribeye (Rare) and boy oh boy was it good. Topped with mushrooms and served with a lot of peppercorn sauce, which I would normally leave to 1 side. I'm glad I tried it, though it was spectacular, just the right balance of creamy and peppery, which did not overpower the steak nor the potatoes and mixed veg. Which included carrots and aubergine, which was an unusual combination, but it worked. I couldn't stay for desert, but from the people having the various types around me, I imagine it was just as good. The only thing I would change was the drinks menu, just wine and water, that's it. I would try a few beers, which would go very well with some...

The only restaurant that reached 5 stars scale on our Maltese vacation was this - Bouquet Garni. We took a sea food platter with a shark and skate. The tastes were awesome. It brang the dinner to the next level. I wonder if they really uses bouquet garni on their foods.

For our 3 yrs old daughter we got an awesome tomato pasta and it was really great. Also we asked some vegetables for our 7 months old son and it took less than 10 minutes and just enough prepared vegetables that we asked for. In many places when you ask something special for a little baby, they will bring a lot of that - not here. Just what you asked for and suprising quickly.

After the main platter we wanted to take a dessert. I took a creme brulee and my spouse took a fondant. Both were just d-e-l-e-c-i-o-u-s!!

This restaurant is a small family run restaurant so reserve the table before the trip. Luckily we got a table on the beginning of our vacation while visiting in the restaurant. Worth of visit and really family friendly!! This deserves definitely one of the top place in tripadvisor (while writing 2/20xx) of restaurant in...

I have selected 5 star but would give 4.5 star. A small family run restaurant, owner Antoine and his 2 sons (which are the chefs). Owner was very friendly. Starters was fresh and cooked to perfection. Ingredients were fresh. Dishes simple but flavours were great.

Best dish was the King Prawn bisque. King prawn cooked just right, Cream bisque was rich and full of prawn flavour.

Octopus dish was grilled and succulent (and not chewy like some would end up).

I like the fact that a tray of fresh fish was brought out to show diners the type of fresh fish available.

Based on our experience and order, this place would be more suited to seafood lovers, although there is steak and a few non seafood dishes. If you are someone who likes to enjoy a slower pace of service (eg meal /drinks ordering), then you may want to inform the server as it can get very busy and servers are very enthusiastic in getting your order and serving and clearing the table - It was busy all night and I felt a little rushed in ordering and eating my meal, that’s...

This place is surely worth a visit. The atmosphere is incredibly cosy around the few tables that make up this small restaurant. The owner was very friendly and helpful and opposed to many other restaurants the other waiters actually knew something about the food they served. The menu is simple but incredibly delicious. You are presented - at the table - with the fresh fish and meats for you to choose from. We shared a fish platter which included the best mussels I ever had alongside Skate fish, which I never tried before, red snapper and king prawns. We didn't have desserts but the people around seemed very pleased.
