Fifteen37 Cafe' — Restaurant in Msida

I ordered food from Fifteen 37 via bolt, order #6EU8T, August 15th – receipt attached. The experience was simply awful.

In the Chicken, Feta and Walnut Salad they included carrots with visible rot (photos attached). This is completely unacceptable and unsafe — rotten vegetables should never be served to customers.

I expected fresh and quality ingredients, but instead received something inedible and potentially harmful.

This was a very disappointing experience, and I definitely cannot recommend this place after such negligence in food quality. Seems, they don’t take care about customers at all.

“Thank you for your reply, but I must strongly disagree.

The black spots on the carrots were not balsamic glaze. There was no balsamic glaze in the salad at all, and the taste and appearance clearly indicated spoilage, not sauce. Fresh carrots do not look like this, and no customer should ever be served vegetables in such condition.

Instead of denying the issue, it would be more professional to take responsibility and ensure better quality control in the future. I shared the photos because this was a serious concern regarding food safety, not to “put a bad picture” on your restaurant.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered an Aperol Spritz, and what I received was essentially a glass full of ice with barely any Aperol, just a couple of drops, diluted with sparkling water. I watched them prepare it, and it was clear they were cutting corners.

As for the food, I ordered a salmon sandwich, but what I got was a baguette with almost no salmon at all, just a lot of coleslaw. It was completely misleading and not at all what I expected.

To make things worse, when I passed by the kitchen on my way to the restroom, it was shockingly dirty and unhygienic. Given the poor quality of both the food and the cleanliness, I cannot recommend this place. I also have pictures of both the sandwich and the Aperol to show how bad it was.

We visited this restaurant with our family during our holiday in Malta and were very positively surprised. Prices are relatively low compared to the portion sizes. They do not skimp on the equipment of the dishes. Everything came out of the salad plate and food was stuffed into the wraps. One salad would be enough for 2 people. The service was very nice and polite, they were happy to help with choosing dishes, and the atmosphere was very calm and "family friendly". I wholeheartedly...
