Pizza Planet — Restaurant in Naxxar

Indequentily terrible, just like the match between those words. To start off, the conditions are cramped from the very start, I can barely lift my legs to vault over the closely packed chairs and tables. So once you manage to spear through that horror, here comes the next hurdle: Ordering the pizza. I'm not going to lie, there is a wide variety to choose from, however; there is no indication to how the result might look or turn out, and there is so little that you can choose if you're a picky eater for example. As such there is a high escalation of ingredients added to the pizza by going down the list which means you will have to either awkwardly ask to get them removed or waste your time by taking them off the incredibly sticky cheese. Finally, the moment of truth: is the pizza good of all things? No. Not at all. Most of the dough is, or at least tastes like burnt up ash (it is also easy to smell when a slice is right in your face) - the cheese, at least in my case, is so hard to eat because it feels like it's sticking its messy mixture to the back of your throat - and lastly, everything feels like its been injected with chemicals at least 3 times to make it LOOK good (not really) rather than to make it as ENJOYABLE as possible. I've been a weekly customer for years but lately since they changed management their standards have lowered dramatically. Today, after months, I decided to give them another try so I stopped by to order food. For the first time the place was completely empty and personally for me it was the first!! While I was waiting the pizza man burnt a margherita even though the place was clearly not busy, a child around 3 years old was playing behind the counter near the oven area, customers on the phone couldn't understand the man taking their order due to his foreign language and the food I ordered (2 piece and a Calzone) taste nothing like those of years ago. I got a margarita pizza to go, once I got home i saw that it was burned. I called them and they told me that they were gonna get me a new one and they were kind enough to deliver it to my apartment and I was so grateful. But the guy who delivered it, he was Asian guy with a long hair, I told him how sorry I was for the inconvenience but that the pizza was burned and he got in defense mode and said “it’s not burned!” I said look at the edges and the cheese is completely burned and he said “ it’s cheese”… what the heck is that even mean?? He was very rude! I gave it 3 stars since they were kind enough to get me a new and better one and delivered it at home. I Will never order...
