Following recommendations from several friends, we opted to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Medium Rare steakhouse, and it was truly unforgettable. The steaks were cooked to perfection, undoubtedly the best I’ve had on the island. The service was friendly and efficient, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The only minor hiccups were with dessert and coffee. The chocolate fondant took a bit longer due to overcooking, but the staff proactively informed us that they had opted to remake it and this was causing the delay. Unfortunately, the cappuccino tasted slightly burnt.

I revisited this restaurant after a few years yesterday and I was not happy with the quality of the food. I ordered for a filet steak and very unfortunately it was not a filet that I was served. Having been in the meat industry for over 15 years I can say that the meat that was served was not a filet. If I pay for filet I should get a filet and not any other cut.
Otherwise the service is good. The people are kind and helpful and the restaurant is well situated.
I hope that the next time I visit I will get a real filet and better...

For once in Mauritius I was served a medium rare just as it should be. We had several dishes, everything was top quality, served by a polite/friendly waiter, we also appreciated the coffee.
