McDonald's — Restaurant in Isle Mauritius

I thought Ebene branch was one of the worst but for my first visit to Mc do at Tribeca today I had the worst experience than other outlet I've been. Order 2540 and waiting for more than 35 mins and order 2760 already going out and a simple Mc chicken meal couldn't be delivered.

I order one double cheese burger which was delivered in a kids meal bun and manager even get the guts to tell me it's an issue with their supplier I would like to know at which level you staff are applying the standards of Mc Donald... They took it back reheat God knows how it came back wet and drench in oil.... I don't suggest that place better take your money elsewhere and be safe...

So we were at the counter and they told us that we had to order at the screen, so we did so, and THEN because we only had cash we would pay at the counter and as we were there for them to take our order, they fully ignored us for like 7 minutes before taking our order, but that was fine. So we had ordered take out and the person who took our order came back with the food on a tray. So I told him we ordered take out and he looks at the receipt, go back in the kitchen get a paper bag and just straight put it over the counter for us to put the food in there. The staff displayed arrogance and lacked proper manners, while hygiene standards were nonexistent. The overflowing trash can suggested it hadn't been emptied in two days. Moreover, the staff was involved in loud arguments, using offensive language, and even bullying a foreign employee by derogatorily referring to him as "Mr. Bean" in the presence of a queue of at least 10 people waiting for their food.
