ROOFTOP (Restaurant - Bar & Lounge) — Restaurant in Isle Mauritius

Door men and receptionists were very polite and welcoming telling us we could use the rooftop. Sanjeey, the head of house keep was rude and horrible. we were not told that we needed to pay to use the swimming pool, so Sanjeey came over to us embarrassed us telling us we need to pay or leave. We were happy to pay but because he was so rude hurrying/escorting us down we decided we didn't want to spend our money there. Management should reconsider having Sanjeey as head of house keep he has zero customer service skills a very horrible experience.

Update - the response to this by the rooftop is exactly what I mean. They expect their customers to do the work instead of their staff to who they pay. Your staff should check exactly what facilities we would like to use instead of placing blame on customers. Absolutely awful response. STAY CLEAR...

My partner and I had a beautiful buffet breakfast at Ocean View Rooftop for Valentine’s Day, and it was such a magical start to our day.

The atmosphere was serene and romantic, with a breathtaking view that made every moment feel extra special. The breakfast spread was delicious — fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared.

The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the peaceful, love-filled experience. It’s definitely a place I’ll return to — not just for the food, but for the feeling. 🌸☕️🌅

A perfect spot for couples or anyone looking to enjoy their morning wrapped in elegance...

Dreadful, never again

Scrambled eggs had no seasoning and had to be sent back as they missed the cheese.

Piped Butter was straight from the fridge, therefore, rock-hard

Sausages chaffing dish empty, as were several others

Coffees took 20 mnts to arrive, delivered by a trainee that let her sleeves dip in the food

Not even a commercial gesture...
