During my trip, I decided to visit McDonald's for a change of menu from the familiar UK options. It was refreshing to explore a different selection of items on their menu, and I must say, the experience did not disappoint.
What stood out to me was the convenience of placing my order through their efficient ordering system. This saved time and made the whole process smoother. Compared to the other McDonald's down the main strip, this particular branch was pleasantly quieter, providing a more relaxed and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
One of the highlights of the visit was trying the dusted fries. Initially, they offered a unique and enjoyable taste, but I must admit that the novelty wore off quite quickly. They became a bit too rich and sickly after a while, but it was still an interesting change from the regular fries.
The cleanliness and tidiness of the McDonald's location were commendable. The staff did a great job of keeping the place in good condition, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal.
Overall, the McDonald's experience was positive, and I appreciated the quieter environment that allowed us to avoid long queues when ordering food. While the dusted fries were a bit hit and miss, the variety of the menu and the well-maintained ambiance made it a worthwhile visit. If you're looking for a quick and convenient meal, this McDonald's branch offers a pleasant and...
Read moreTurned up at 11pm, place was packed, a good sign you'd of thought. Placed an order at the screen, no ticket was given. Waited 50 minutes and finally got the order, tried to get out and the shutters were down, waited a further 15 mins for them to open after asking at the till, got 100 yards and the bag split, 2 big macs, 2 large fries and 2 apple pies fell on the floor. Salvaged the apple pies but the burgers and chips hit the floor. 20 euro down the drain, I wouldn't of mentioned the 15 or so tables were full of food and drinks people had left. In the UK if you do a large order they give you the large thicker bags. The apple pie was nice though. My suggestions are, 1. Explain to staff they can't put the shutters down stopping people from leaving, that's false imprisonment or at the least a fire violation. 2. If multiple people explain they didn't get a ticket, staff should replace the paper roll in the machine. 3. If the order is large like 2 big macs 2 fries, 2 apple pies it should be in 2 bags or a larger thicker bag so it doesn't tear. My final thought is this is a managerial problem and not the hard overworked staff. Atleast the pigeons...
Read moreIf I could give you 0 stars, I absolutely would. The food is standard, typical McDonald's style. But hygiene clearly means nothing to you. The tables on the terrace and inside are sticky and dirty. Even you don't know when you last cleaned them properly. The amount of trash on the terrace shows that your staff couldn’t care less. You can see this in the photos. I sat here for at least an hour - the outdoor tables were completely empty, yet an employee came by, quickly wiped one with a cloth, and the result is visible in the photo. Believe me, the table was literally sticky. No one picked up the trash the entire hour I was there, even though the staff were not particularly busy. Unfortunately, just like in the rest of your town - full of garbage and waste. And of course, tourists are to blame, but you could at least show a bit more care for hygiene on your own terrace. Poor,...
