We've visited this restaurant many times over the year and this last occasion the service was terrible.

We ordered a starter and mains of the menu and requested that the started did come out first as we know from previous visits they sometimes bring the children's meals out first but the starter was for us all to share. We waited a while and all our main arrived out first before the starter. We spoke to the waitress and said not to worry about the starter now they've done the mains first as and the kids won't now touch them. We them got harassed by 3 waiters demanding we must eat it. We gave in and took the starter just to eat our mains in peace.

They waiters then totally avoided us and gave no more service, trying to pay the bill was a challenge.

The food here is ok but be prepared for shocking service. They've dropped their standards this year. We will now never return which is a shame as this was our favourite...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sirena in Playa de Las Americas, for a business deal, and it was an unforgettable experience that did a good job with the possible client. The burger was absolutely out of this world – a perfect combination of juicy meat, flavorful bolognese sauce, and creamy Manchego cheese, all served on a soft brioche bun. Every bite was a delight!

The fries were clearly handmade and unbelievably tasty, complementing the meal perfectly. We also tried the sirloin, and it was divine – so tender it melted in the mouth and bursting with flavour.

The finishing touch was a tasty barraquito coffee.

The beachfront location added to the charm, providing a lovely atmosphere to enjoy our meal. My only suggestion would be to add some background music to elevate the ambiance further.

Highly recommend Sirena for an amazing dining experience – I’ll...

Visited here today and I couldn't believe how rude the staff were. We asked for ice cream and drinks and were told to go and wait at the ice cream stand, which was fine. We were then stood at the ice cream stand for 15 minutes and nobody even acknowledged us even though there was a young lad making crepes behind it. We asked him if we could be served and he told us to 'wait'. Even when he had no customers he still didn't serve us. We eventually gave up as did at least 5 other customers that we saw come and go when they too weren't served. We then couldn't find any waiters for our bill until a blonde lady angrily pointed to the bar and rolled her eyes. The icing on the cake was that it cost €7.50 for two Sprites and they try and charge you a euro to go to the toilet. Would avoid if you don't like angry...

This place is definitely a bit pricey, especially for smaller portion sizes. The food is definitely quite tasty though. We had the spaghetti, American smashed burger and octopus. The spaghetti was good, nothing special. The burger was very good although the portion size of the chips were a bit small, especially for 17€ you would expect a decent amount. The octopus was presented aesthetically although not the most amazing flavour. The service here was great, the staff were friendly and understanding despite the language barrier. We got served at a quick rate. They also offer outdoor seats which highlights the beautiful beach view. There is also a restroom available and a parrot inside a cage inside the restaurant.

One of my go-to restaurants/bars in Tenerife. Sometimes just stop off for a barraquito, sometimes for a full meal and occasionally for a crepe (which are take away but generally if you buy a drink from the restaurant, you can sit at a table and eat it). Never disappointed. Yesterday I was on my way here and decided to try somewhere new and got a crepe at Garimba instead - massive mistake, see my photos and review. Left 3/4 of that crepe and came here afterwards for one that was over €3 cheaper and actually had some fillings.... polar opposite experience, with beautiful views thrown in! I'm also partial to their shrimp risotto. And always a great spot to stop off for a barraquito and some water. Recommended.
