Traveled as a family of 3 adults, 2 studio apartments. ||Check in - smooth, quick and very friendly. Receptionist was lovely.|Apartment- we stayed in 609 and 610- town facing rather than beach facing. Rooms are spotless, and really well equipped. Played and crockery, glasses, cups and decent sized mugs! The cartons of water on check in was a nice touch: depending when you arrive means you can get the kettle straight on. Room ceiling fan, which sometimes had a mind of its own, was fine overnight but not enough for us as was still mega warm. We hired an air conditioning unit from reception. We used this during the day and the ceiling fan overnight.|Balcony - equipped with a small clothes aired on wall WITH pegs (which was fab!) a table and 3 chairs. Also a sunshade you could put down which was great for helping stay slightly cooler and out of the baking sun.|Location - right at the start of the golden mile, and a nice walk to lots of decent bars and eating places. We never ate anywhere that we said we would not return to. These include|The Savoy|Hard Rock Cafe|Hacienda Miranda|Bad Bobs|Jags Scottish bar|Las Rosas|Lou’s at Siam Mall|Prime Steakhouse|El Mason|Sat outside hotel almost every night with a few drinks from the bar and listened to the guitarist. Drinks were an ok price, Cava was €28 a bottle and was really nice.|We had breakfast once at the pool bar - this was €15 each and to be honest wasn’t worth the money in my opinion. Several places offering Better for cheaper within 10 minute walk.|We walked into both Costa Adeje and Los Christianos and will do this again when we return.|The only criticism I have is the swimming pools - the outside area is beautiful but the condition of the floors of the pools let it down. I picked up a few large flakes of paint that had come off and these were really sharp. I know these apartments are always busy but they do need to take the time to do some proper repairs on the floor that will last. |We had a a fantastic 10 day stay overall however and have booked to return, this time in. 2 bed superior apartment so report on...

What a great place to stay, we have been going to Las Americas for about 5 Years now and often walked past this complex and admired it. We decided to stay S/C and we loved the whole complex. Large saltwater pool in two sections one heated one not. There where always plenty of sun beds and the parasols slot into the side of sun beds which i have not seen before but worked well. The complex overall is very clean and well maintained. We had a side sea view which was lovely to sit out on the balcony at any time of day and people watch and watch the surfers on a morning. The apartment was Duplex, well laid out, bright and modern. The apartment opened into the lounge/kitchen this was well equipped with everything you could need if you wanted to cook for yourself. Sofa and table and chairs, ceiling fan which worked very well not that we spent much time inside the ground floor also had a toilet. Upstairs was two single beds made into a double, ceiling fan which kept the Bedroom nice and cool, .wardrobe space with safe inside which we did not get charged for using. A full length mirror. The Bathroom was a good size, shower was powerful and hot. Hairdryer and magnified mirror. As well as a large mirror. Towels replaced daily if required. Sigh left on the door handle of appt to indicate if cleaning required each day. Balcony on both floors downstairs was table and 2 chairs while upstairs was 2 sun loungers. We had a snack at the pool bar which was excellent I would definitely recommend the Tuba Sandwich. The only negative was our neighbours smoking weed on the Balcony morning noon and night !. This was putrid smelling and put me off sitting on the balcony when he was sat out there. They left two days before we did so we did get a bit of a rest from it. This has no reflection on the complex and I would definitely stay again and hope to return next year. I will be asking for a pool/sea view next year as looking through one of the rooms that was being renovated the view was stunning. ...

This hotel is average and what you’d expect for a 3 star.|The renovation works are very discreet in appearance but not in noise! It was so loud some days with banging, drilling etc. I really wish we’d have been told the true extent of the noise because we’d have changed hotels. It didn’t make for a nice stay at all having to listen to it around the pool so loudly! |The best part was the cleanliness. With being self catering I didn’t expect cleaners to be in everyday but they were which was fab. They did a good job too! |We were told that as we’d booked with jet2 the room we had would be a renovated room. The only thing that had been done in the apartment was a new kitchen. The bathroom was very dated. There were cracked tiles all over the floor throughout. The bed wasn’t the best and was rock hard! Luckily when I spoke to reception about this they brought a topper up which did make it slightly better. |We also had the use of the water park at PS3 for the kids but that hotel is so busy! They cram everyone in and all of the beds are so close together! We only used it once as it was far too hectic for us.|If you want to use the gym whilst there you may want to go to minimal fitness at the zentral centre around the corner as the one in the hotel is very small and doesn’t have a lot in it. |It’s a good location though if you like shopping, food and bars. Not a lot for the kids though in that area. |Would I return? No! I’d go to Costa Adeje as I feel it’s much better in that area. The hotel could be so...

Parque Santiago 4 is a lovely place for a family holiday. It’s self catering but the rooms are well equipped in my 20+ years of coming here. It’s clean and tidy and well maintained. The gardens are very nicely looked after and always colourful. The reception staff are polite and friendly and can assist you in most queries in my experience. I liked the fact they no longer let you put pool towels on beds in the middle of night and keep the pool area roped off until 8am to help with that. The swimming pools are both clean and well maintained but be aware that they are salt water pools. They don’t let you have LILO’s in the heated kiddie pool but you can in main pool but there’s no bat n ball or balls in either pool. Spoils some people’s fun but stops people getting footballs in the head when relaxing in pool. There is a kiddie play park by the pool and there is a poolside bar. This is my only gripe….. it is way too expensive for what it is. You can get a badly poured lager in a plastic glass for €5 or you can get 5 big cans of San Miguel at a super market for a little less than €5! Over the years, the bar was very busy but noticed it was very quiet most of the day but a little busier at lunchtime. Maybe Ucanca’s owners could look at the prices and make them a little more competitive. As a returning guest I would recommend Parque Santiago 4 to anyone who wants a nice holiday in a nice area of Las Americas.

We stayed in one of the apartments for four which was very good. There were two single beds upstairs, up here there was also a toilet and bath and the balcony was up here too. Downstairs was the main living room which was a good size. Here there was a dining table and chairs, small kitchen and toilet. There was a good sized pull out double bed here which was fairly comfortable but not as good as a proper bed. The one downside is that there is no air conditioning the apartments, there is a ceiling fan downstairs and we had an additional fan in the living room as well which was adequate for the time of war we went. In the height of summer it may be a little uncomfortable. The stand out thing is the cleanliness of the apartment throughout our stay. The cleaners were in every day and did a fantastic job of making the beds and ensuring everything was cleaned meticulously. The outside pool area is good with two different pools, they both have a shallow beach type access and are great for children. The smaller pool was heated while the other was not, this wasn’t a big problem though considering how warm it was. Near the pools there is a small bar cafe with a decent range of food and drinks. All staff we encountered during our stay were polite and helpful.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Of course, you should note that the hotel is in the desert and dry part of the island. You can easily use bus number 40 to reach the hotel from the southern airport. They charged for the safe deposit box which is a bit strange and unacceptable. The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. Breakfast is fair. The proximity of the hotel to the beach is a big plus. Cleaning the rooms is done almost every two days, but sometimes they need to be reminded if it is not done. With the explanation that cleaning the room does not include cleaning the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. By using this kitchen, you can save a lot of money instead of going to restaurants. If you arrive at the hotel before 3 pm, you can use the hotel's swimming pool before entering the room. This option is great for hot summer days. I strongly recommend that you ask for a room with a beach view, although they are a little more expensive.
