I recently called Mekong Market to inquire about the price of an item, as I live in South Anchorage and wanted to confirm it before making the trip. Unfortunately, the young man who answered the call was unhelpful and rude. He told me he couldn't provide pricing information over the phone and insisted I come to the store in person. When I tried to explain the inconvenience of traveling all the way there just to check a price, he responded, "If you don't want it then don't come," and hung up on me.This level of customer service is unacceptable.
