What a terrible NYE these guys organized! We came here based on the reviews, and the food of the other Bertilla is not that bad, but this was one of the most terrible New Year eves I've ever experienced. The food arrived cold, 1h30 after being ordered, the white wine was warm, and then a owner or a manager came and said "we need to be patient" because they were understaffed. When you're paying, it's not the customer's fault, and they should just apologize and make the experience better. They weren't short of staff, the restaurant was not even crowded, they just didn't know what they were doing. Poor tasteless food, poor customer service, poor everything, I big no to...

(Respondiendo al comentario): tengo muy presente el tema del problema con los desperdicios plásticos, puesto que trabajo en el sector.

Muy bien que quieran contribuir con la reducción de contenedores y tenedores de un sólo uso.

Lo que no entiendo es la razón de hacer las cosas a medias. Si ya manejan contenedores biodegradables, ¿Por qué no facilitar el uso de tenedores/cucharas de igual manera? Ese es el punto.

Entiendo las buenas intenciones, pero también entiendan la postura de que hay gente que los visita y no tiene cucharas/tenedores con ellos y consume sus productos. Si realmente quieren dar ese paso extra, ofrezcan la opción para que la gente pueda (o no) solicitar si requieren tenedores/cucharas/cuchillos.

Es el hecho de dar la opción, puesto que no informaron desde un principio que la opción sería comer spaghetti con las manos...

La comida está bien, algo cara. Pero lo que no puedo creer es que te vendan comida para llevar y no te den utencilios!

Pedi pasta para llevar. Cómo esperan que comamos la pasta (sabiendo que eramos turistas y que no todos disponemos de tenedores y cucharas en nuestros hoteles)?

Si dijeran claramente al momento de ordenar para llevar que NO proporcionan utencilios para comer hubiera pedido otra cosa. El hecho de que no te digan al principio eso, y que solo se te digan cuando se los pides al momento que te entregan el pedido es inadmisible.

Perdí más de 20 minutos buscando tenedores en el oxxo para llegar con la comida fría a la habitación. Decepcionante la falta de sentido común o cortesía a uno de advertir la forma en que proporcionan sus platillos...

Firstly you have to pay 300 pesos to get in, 250 can be used for food. Fair. Theh just forget to mention that you are not allowed to eat anywhere else but the tables so you sit there by the lake like an idiot waiting to be served.

Food is so average that I would not call it good. It’s food but not worth the money.

All these rules just make you wanna leave but they only introduced them after paying so we had to stay. Left with a bad taste. Pity because it’s a...
