Woah! What an amazing surprise Agave turned out to be. This place is a must! We only had the two plates: 1. Blackened local tuna, tender peas, cilantro-peanut butter, lemon spread. This was next level amazing with the peanuts and perfect spicy! And 2. the beef tender tiradito, land cress radish, charred bone marrow, avocado and herbs spread. That’s pieces of perfectly cooked steak on top of roasted bone marrow with crispy crouton pieces. If there’s a level above next level, this was on that. … Seriously, these two plates were life memorable, some of the best things I’ve ever eaten. We were so terrified to diminish these plates in any way that we decided not to push our luck with another. The cocktails were fantastic. The service impeccable. And the rooftop deck is a perfect setting. I can’t recommend this place...

This is a beautiful tequila and mezcal tasting bar right in the heart of San Jose del Cabo. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff, a great selection of small brands (along with your regulars), and reasonable prices. Jose Orozco, the GM, spent time to educate us on some of their artisanal brands and we never felt rushed. Definitely swing by and try some tequilas and mezcals you can't find anywhere...

An absolutely lovely experience. We sat on the upper level overlooking the Art Walk on a Thursday evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and engaging. The presentation of the food was gorgeous. But the flavors were even better. We had a Mezcal tasting after dinner consisting of 5 Mezcals. The young tender passionately presented each Mezcal and its history. I could not recommend Agave...
