Locos Por La Pasta — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Well, I went in this past week because I saw the place was busy. I had the apps with the 3 melted cheese, and then they came out with green and black olives togther and additionally with carrots, onions, and asparagus mixed up. They had ham, wrapped in a vegetable and bread. They told me that I supposed to take it and dip it but when the cheese came out, it was not melted enough to dip. The olives came out of a canned they weren’t even Italian and why would you use black olives to dip in the cheese? The bread was terrible adm to soft. It wasn’t sourdough, but the cheese was good. I had the cannoli and they put so much cheese on it you could not even find it and barely any spinach in it. It’s so far from being an Italian place and it’s not authentic at all. When I ordered my wine, it seem a little short and I looked over next to me and some locals were there and they had 1/3 more wine than me so I ordered a second glass, and it was the same thing when they ordered their glass, they poured more for the locals compared to the tourist and I’ve been coming here for Five...

Tasty food, worst service in town. I went here with friends one evening. We arrived at 9:20 and the waiter informed us that the kitchen closed in 40 min. so we ordered promptly, including a bottle of wine. Our appetizers came after the pasta and after delivering our food the waiter went outside to smoke and hangout with his friends. He never came to check on us. After calling out, I had to get up and go outside to ask for extra parmesan. The website says they close at 11 but at 10 they turned off the music and began to bang around as they cleaned the bathrooms. At 10:30, while we were still drinking our wine they asked us to leave. We showed them that the closing time on Google is 11 and commented that we felt rushed and unwelcome at which point they argued with us. Mal Serviciio - Decent food, but terrible service - we arrived (2) about 8:30 and sat at the last available table outside - very slow to take any of our orders - wrong wine didn’t show up until 30 minutes after we arrived and we had to open it ourselves and pour our own glasses - entree served prior to our appetizers and bread - when we asked for the check and tried to pay via CC, we were rudely advised by the owner that credit wasn’t accepted and she pointed to the very last item on the nightly specials - we had never seen it as we were on the other side of the entrance - cash wasn’t an issue for us, but we were closely monitored to make sure we paid and they grabbed our money and walked away...
