Carlos is incredibly authentic, and you can feel how much he values your business. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warm scent of freshly baked breads, each more delicious than the last.

I gotta give them 5 stars because you can tell Carlos's & Eduardo heart and sould is in the baking. Super friendly. Their eclairs, cherry & apple tarts ( probably not what they are called), plus the cookie were all awesome. Not to mention, they actually have Gluten Free Bread and other options that I haven't been able to find anywhere in LA Paz except at their weekend farmers market. We are excited to try it and see how it is. We're mostly just so happy for an option since some of my family is highly allergic. A true hidden treasure and the best bakery and coffee shop in town. If you want amazing coffee with prices to match then this is your place. Peaceful homely surroundings, great service, the best muffins and croissants in town and even better prices. Highly recommend if you want less pretentious (hipster) surroundings, GOOD QUALITY strong coffee, amazing pastries and normal prices.
