Serrano "Wine, Seafood & Grill" Steakhouse — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Thoroughly enjoyed a meal here for the first time tonight. We ordered a variety of dishes: chicken breast, steak (filet and arrachera), surf and turf, tortilla soup, and salads. Everything was absolutely delicious, with a smoky flavor from the mesquite grill. The chimichurri served with the steak and chicken is well-balanced. Even the bread had a hint of smoke that added another dimension of flavor. The woman server (we unfortunately failed to ask her name) was kind and provided the perfect level of attentiveness.

Serrano is an exceptional addition to Loreto's restaurant offerings. We look forward to supporting and recommending them...

It will really be worth your while to try to find this amazing little restaurant! It’s in a beautiful little garden, about two or three blocks up from the ocean. It will be on your left-hand side. Most everything is cooked on a Mesquite grill. We had sashimi, mesquite grilled tuna, and also mesquite killed grilled Cabrilla. They were all very fresh, not over cooked, and with a just fabulous accompanying flavors. The owner and also our waitress Gloria were so sweet and friendly and accommodating. We celebrated our anniversary last night at this little jewel, it was a magical evening. From the street it is hard to tell, but take the winding path and it opens up to a beautiful little enclave. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and creative. My husband was so happy to get a perfectly cooked thick medium rare steak. For the first time in Loreto my prawns were not over cooked. The real treat was the roasted vegetables! A fabulous combination and roasted to perfection. Loreto is such a special place.
