Food is pastries and coffee type food. Not healthy but certainly tasty enough to satisfy a sweet tooth. Nothing extraordinary or amazing but good pastries you can't really go wrong with. My wife did not like the mocha frappe which is odd but neither did 4 other people who tasted it, including a child who's not picky. They have great customer service. They immediately recognized we were new to this type of place and asked us if we wanted an overview of how things worked there which they did a great job explaining. The place has a good vibe that helps relax and unwind. They were cleaning the cat area just before we arrived which speaks well of the place and also how they treat their many cats. They have 2 cat rooms that you need to purchase a minimum of 110 pesos, per person, per hour to enter. They have plenty of toys for the cats and lots of climbing/exercising areas for them. Even a small 2 story isolation crate. There are lots of unique items for sale and many cat/pet themed stickers throughout the place. Unfortunately, they said they've been in the business for 8 years and it has a feel like they were just starting out. Not very organized, many unfinished areas/surfaces and some ideas seem incomplete. A few things I really didn't enjoy were: One or two of the cats were fairly aggressive and they did bite, which can be dangerous as cats have nasty bacteria in their teeth. All their claws were sharp and not trimmed. Expect to come out of here with some scratches. There are many cat. When the cats poop, and they will, expect to smell it! Overall though, it's a great idea and a place you don't...
Read moreThe good:
• Their intention is fantastic, to help the cats and give them a shelter. • They have a lot of lovely cats that you can pet. • It has a good location. • They offer to take care of you cat if you need it. • They take proper care of the cats. The bad:
• The food is really bad and expensive. • The pace It’s way too small. • They have a very bad smell since they have the cat’s room next to the restaurant... So when you’re eating, you’ll have a nasty smell along with your food. • The service is also not the best.
Conclusion:
I would rather it to be entirely a pet center, pet shelter or something like that over a pet shelter and a restaurant together. At least, I wouldn’t never go again (to eat)... Maybe to see the cats and adopt one of them or spend time, but not as restaurant.
Do I recommend?
As a pet shelter/store, yes. As a...
