KFC — Restaurant in Baja California

I went through the drive-through, I asked for cheese to be put on my chicken sandwich. They said they couldn’t do that even though they have a combination of a chicken sandwich with cheese on it. When I asked for ranch dressing, the girl at the window told me they did not have ranch dressing. And that was OK but once I got my food and tried the french fries they were hard and cold. So I parked my car and went into the restaurant and asked for new french fries and instead of apologizing and just getting me new french fries they got angry then I noticed that they had packs of ranch dressing on display so I asked for the manager And he had the worst attitude coming up to me, even before I even mentioned what was going on when I explained to him the girl had told me, there was no ranch dressing, and clearly I saw they had ranch dressing he answered me Nasty and said We sell it. I’m willing to pay for it. I just didn’t understand why I was told they didn’t have ranch dressing, and he actually got mad and told me well maybe the girl didn’t know that we had it. Honestly, his response was so baffling that I am writing this review, hoping that upper management will see how poorly the current manager at the Playas location treats their customers.

Almost every time I come here, I'm disappointed at the service given to me. 4 out of 5 times that I've been here recently, they close early due to them not having any more cooked chicken available. It could be 45 min until closing time and they won't sell you anymore chicken. Today's visit was absolutely ridiculous, I ordered a 16 PC bucket meal and two large popcorn chicken. I was told to park 2 meters ahead and someone would come out. I waited 20 mins before going back to the drive thru, I told the person on the speaker that I had been waiting and that no one ever came. I didn't get an apology, all he said was drive up to the window. This will be the last time...

BEST chicken sandwich i have eaten anywhere. The other dishes, not so much, actually, not at all. They are a little disorganized, (make you go into the parking lot and wait 5 minutes for your food, and then forget about you) BUT i love their chicken sandwich.UPDATE (April2 2023) The quality here has DIVED down down down. The last three sandwiches that i got, had over cooked beat up, pieces of chicken that were so bad, that i threw half of the sandwich out. Their other products, are oily, greasy and NOT going into my stomach ! NO MORE KENTUCKY...
