Hola pues hoy fui a conocer el KFC que habrieron en el bulevar Gustavo Díaz Ordaz jardines de la mesa pedí 2 Big krunch en combo eran las 4:27 de la tarde la muchacha me dijo que de 15 a 20 minutos estaría mí pedido por la cantidad de gente que había le dije está bien hasta ahí todo bien mire mí celular y eran las 4:50 me arrimé al mostrador y pregunté que si ya estaba mi pedido y la muchacha que estaba me dijo que no que eso tardaba mas que si no me habian dicho le dije que si pero pues si me hubieran dicho que iba a tardar más de lo que me dijeron no lo compro así de fácil me retiré a un lado porque no había nadie a quien decirle y me refiero a un encargado o gerente ya eran las 5:18 y nada me arrimé a la caja para decirle que si me van a dar el pedido o no porque ya casi era una hora de esperar y lo mismo que si no me dijeron que iba a tardar le dije que si pero que no se pasen ya una hora y me agarra el tike y ve y se arrima otro y le dice a si aquí tenia el tike pero se cayó y ya no lo levanté y empezó echar el pedido y me lo dió sin pedir disculpas ni nada para empezar las hamburguesas frías mi hamburguesa tenía el pan que va abajo también lo tenía arriba y la otra tenía el pan que va arriba lo tenía también abajo una porquería de hamburguesas las sodas calientes y sin gas no regreso a ese KFC nunca más pésimo servicio y atención al cliente de estar esperando desde las 4:27 pm hasta las 5:35 pm para 2 estúpidas hamburguesas echas de mala gana por eso una ⭐ ni el burger...

Drive thru staff won't tell you items are not available for purchase then make you wait behind the location. Which is kind of unsafe. Then, will make you wait for far more than promised. I had to go around the street and park, then when I went in my order was ready, but nobody was sending them to the many customers waiting on their cars for their order. don't go there unless you really really like KFC which is not good...
