La Villa Café — Restaurant in Baja California

Two young ladies behind the counter were very friendly! Sadly what appeared to be the "manager" or "owner" was very rude, not friendly at all. Not welcoming to customers, we have been to much nicer coffee shops and have been treated very nice. The americano coffee was a bit to strong for my 89 yr old grandmother so we simply asked for an additional empty cup to divide into two. When we asked, she was clearly irritated and rudly asked what we were trying to do. We were not asking for anything out of the ordinary as we paid for an entire cup of coffee. She proceeded to take the full cup of coffee, poured half out and handed us the one half cup. The one very nice barista was still trying to be helpful and added a bit of water to my grandmother's coffee. The cherry on top was when I walked away with my grandmother, that exact same lady started to lysol the seats where we sat. First of all I gave this place one star, but if there was a zero I would give a zero. Bad customer service and not kind at all. I was served a cafe de olla. Which did not taste like cafe de olla. When I told the barista it didn’t even have a hint of cinnamon she did not even care to fix the problem and gave us attitude. Clearly she got offended! Dude! She’s not a chef to get offended!
